Pain is like an ocean,
that engulfs us,
a wave
that sweeps us away,
that suffocates us,
in its cold embrace,
joy is lost,
and every breath
becomes heavy,
it is silence
that screams into the void,
and in every
echo, we feel the wounds
that cannot heal,
that cannot be forgotten,
it is a weight
that presses us to the ground,
and in its shadow, we lose ourselves. In painful moments,
the world is colorless,
a gray mist
that envelops everything around,
in its veils,
hope fades,
and every step forward
is like walking on shards,
it is a cold
that penetrates to the marrow,
and in every touch,
we feel the emptiness
that spreads like poison,
that seeps through,
it is a darkness
that settles in the heart,
and in its grip,
loneliness is felt.But pain
is also a teacher,
that forces us to stand,
that drives us to fight,
it is a mirror
that shows our wounds,
but also our strength
hidden in the depths,
in its shadow,
we find courage
born from every breath,
from every step,
it is a path
that leads through thorns,
but at its end,
light is visible,
shining through the clouds,
rising from the dust.In pain, there is also beauty,
beauty in every moment
when we do not break,
it is the strength
that shapes us,
that changes us,
and in every touch,
we find ourselves,
it is a story
that teaches us,
that guides us,
and even though the path
is filled with pain,
in every step forward,
there is hope,
it is a scar
that shows
we survived,
that we did not break,
that we are still here,
and in its quiet testimony,
we find meaning,
that leads us forward,
that teaches us to love.So when pain
grips your heart,
and it seems
the world around is fading,
know that in every tear
that falls,
there is strength
that holds you,
that lifts you,
it is a path
that leads us
to healing,
where pain
becomes wisdom,
and in its shadow,
we find light,
that guides us,
that leads us on,
and in its warmth,
we feel hope,
that never dies,
that always remains.
