The Commonwealth of Planetary Systems or CPS was established in 2222, 30 years after the Armstrong Expedition discovered life on other planets. The CPS is an Inter-Galactic association of 10 systems, three of which were UCSA colonies. The head of the CPS is the UCSA president. The position is purely symbolic. The citizens of the CPS have duel citizenship, and the CPS is led by a council from each system, and they also have a senator that represents them in the UCSA Government
