Goob's New Best Friend!!! (Dandy's World)

My plan begins

It's day 1 of trying to get Shrimpo to be Goob's best friend.

Goob has tried everything, From making Shrimpo the BEST cake ever, To giving him Gifts ever hour. It hasnt worked!!

Nothing he tried, Would work for Shrimpo, Not even a simple Handshake!!

Not even Goob could believe this, So he resorted into asking other toons what Shrimpo liked.

Goob was smart enough to ask Rodger first, He is, The best detective in this town, Knowing everything about everyone.

Goob entered his office, Hoping to get info about Shrimpo's likings.

Rodger:  "Morning Goob."

Goob:  "Good morning Mr.Rodger!"

Rodger:  "Did your sister Lose her tail cup again? If so, Check her tail."

Goob:  "Uhh no, It only happens every 3 months now...I need some info on Shrimpo..."

Rodger:  "Goodness, Did he harass my daughter again!? He better not have sent Toodles to the hospital again i swear to Dandy i wil-

Goob:  "No!!! Dear Celestial, No!! I just need to know if you know what he likes...."

Rodger:  "oh...Sorry for almost pulling my knife out, But no. I'm afraid he's the only one i dont know about. I apologise Goob..."

Goob:  "Awh.....okay....thanks Rodger...."

Goob exited his Office, Upset.
But, He was still filled with Determination.

He went over to Teagan, Not only because she might know something, But also because he was in the mood for some Strawberry Tea!

He entered her luxurious Cafe, And was surprised it was empty for the first time.

Goob:  "What happened here?"

Teagan:  "Shrimpo came in and harassed everyone....Not even my Son was able to fight him off....Poor glisten had to be sent to the hospital again...."

Goob:  "Noo!! Not glisten!!!!- uh- well- can i order the Strawberry Deluxe with three pumps of Caramel atleast?"

Teagan:  "Sure..."

Goob sat down on one of the many empty tables near Teagan and was surprised by how calming it was when it was empty.

He waited for his usual before speaking up.

Goob:  "Uhh, Hey Teagan, Do you know what Shrimpo likes?...."

Teagan:  "By Tea standards, I know that monster likes his Coffee extremely Cold. It cannot be hot water then freezed, It has to be cold by the start and then you add the rest of the coffee."

Goob:  "Ew, Gross...."

Teagan:  "I would understand if he was that stupid,But no, He genuinely likes it that way."

Teagan handed Goob his strawberry Tea and recieved her Pay before going back to the counter making herself another tea.

Goob sat there drinking quietly, Wondering what else he could like.

After finishing his tea, He went over to Poppy's house to ask her, She is a bit closer to Shrimpo...

Goob knocked on the door and was surprised her brother, Finn, Answered instead.

Goob:  "...let me guess, Poppy was harassed by shrimpo again...."

Finn:  "What!? Oh no, Shrimpo doesnt target Poppy or Boxten, They're actually good friends! Poppy's with Scraps right now"

Goob:  "....did you say Shrimpo and Poppy are good friends?"

Finn:  "Yep! They went to Middle school to high school together!! Not even shrimpo attacks me"

Goob:  "...."

Goob tackled Finn to the ground, His eyes turning red, Similar to a Twisted.

He raised one of his Clawed Paws, As if to threaten Finn.

Goob:  "Tell me everything Shrimpo likes or i swear Boxten will come home to water."

Finn:  "GEEZ OKAY!!! PLEASE LET ME GO YOU'RE ABOUT TO ACTIVATE MY ASTHMA-"

Goob:  "Oh!! Sorry!!"

Goob let go of Finn, Going back to his usual smiling and innocent self.

Finn, On the other hand was still on the floor, Breathing heavily as he held his inhaler.

Thankfully he was fine, But he knew Goob would never really hurt him, It still scares him though...

After a while, The two sat down on the couch as Finn told Goob everything he knew that Shrimpo liked.

From what kind of Food, To what kind of Candy and what time he would harass someone.

Goob listened carefully, Noting everything Finn said before leaving, Thanking Finn by stealing one of his cookies.

Goob checked back on his notes and rushed back home, Now filled with even more Determination.

He slammed the door shut, Scaring both Poppy and Scraps who were cuddling on the couch, And he rushed to the kitchen.

He made Raisin oatmeal cookies, Without any Sugar, Just salt.
He made cold Coffee, Yes like how Teagan said.
And he made sure to put it on a cracked plate as he placed it down on Shrimpo's doorstep.

He hid behind a bush, Waiting for Shrimpo to notice his effort in becoming friends with him, And...

Shrimpo came home, Surprised to see the cookies and coffee.
He picked one of them up and knew it was goob.

Shrimpo:  "....Your fur is on the cookies."

Goob:  "Oh i'm sorry!! I should've told Scraps to make them instead, It's shedding season for me!"

Shrimpo:  "Your effort was great. BUT IT'S STILL WORTHLESS!! YOU'RE LUCKY THIS COFFEE'S COLD YOU LITTLE BI- (female dog)"

Goob:  "I'm a boy" :3

Shrimpo:  "I DONT CARE!!!! NOW GO AWAY BEFORE YOU'RE IN THE HOSPITAL TOO!!!!"

Goob ran away as Shrimpo threw a cookie at him.

He came home, Shaking his body as more fur came off of him.

Scraps was on the couch watching tv, Looking bored until goob sat down next to her.

Goob:  "....Can you ask Poppy what Shrimpo likes...."

Scraps:  "Pfft, No."

Goob:  "....i'm going to bed....i know tomorrow will be much better though!!"

Scraps:  "Good luck bro...."

Goob went up to his bedroom, Wiping a couple tears off of his eyes before going to bed, Sobbing a bit.

Scraps knew goob was desperate to be Shrimpo's friend, But she knows its hopeless, She just wishes Goob would know that....
