"What?" I said standing up. "This nigga lying ian kill nobody's brother." The light skin said confused. I look between the two confused. I rushed out of the section trying to find an exit. I needed to get back to Drew's house and get Lyric. "YO TESS WHERE YOU GOING?" Mo said chasing after me in the club.
"WHAT DID YALL SAY?" Mo hollered to the lightskin nigga and Chris. "The truth." Chris shrugs.
When I heard that my neck snapped to turn and look at Chris. I grabbed a liqour bottle and started busting Chris in the head with it. "YOU STUPID BITCH! YOU WANNA KILL MY BROTHER? IMA FUCKING END YOU!" I said as i started to see blood pour from Chris's forehead.
"ARIGHT TESS STOP!" I felt people's hands all over me trying to pull me off him. Xavier lifted me off the ground and put me on his shoulder taking me outside where there was less commotion.
"AYE LISTEN YOU GOTTA CALM DOWN!" He said putting me down and pushing his finger in my face. "CALM DOWN?? NIGGAS JUST SAID THEY KILLED MY BROTHER??" I screamed as tears streamed down my face.
"Wait huh..?" Xavier said backing up. "Im sorry, I ain't know they did all that. I just was told they had him somewhere. Alive." He said exhaling.
I sat there crying in silence. "Tessa." He said grabbing my shoulders. "Is you coo?" He shook me violently since i wasn't answering.
"Can you just order me a Uber back to Drew's house..I wanna get Lyric and go." I said wiping my face. "Sure..Want me to come with you?" He said letting go of me.
"Yeah.. I don't know what the fuck ima do if Drew starts tripping out on me." I said tiring my hair up. It was getting hot or maybe i was just overstimulated, but i needed to go immediately.

When me and Tessa got out the car she was just standing behind me. I could tell she was scared of Drewski but I wasn't. The worst he could do is try and kill you. And i've been face to face with death too many times to be scared of that bitch.
"Yo , you staying out here or?.." i said looking at Tess. "Nah I wanna go inside and get her myself. Yoh can talk to him." She replied.
I nodded and walked in after unlocking the door. "Yo Drew!" I yelled. I walked into the house and see Lyric on the couch with Drew eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch and watching High School Musical. "See when you get older you shouldn't wanna be with a nigga named Troy.. My sister's ex was a Troy and he was a punk." Drew said pointing to Zac Efron on the screen.
I laughed which made Drew looked back at me. "Nigga did I lie? You remember when we jumped Troy in that alley." He said smoking his blunt.
"Yo Lyric come on. Tess outside." I said calling out. "Where y'all going?" Drew said sitting up. "Corner Store. Want something?" I said trying to play it off smoothly.
"M&Ms , Doritos, KitKats, Lays Potatoes, and go to the 7/11 and get me a slice of pizza and a blue slushie." He said finishing.
"Damn nigga.. eating for two?" I said smacking his gut. "Beefy niggas gotta eat son." He said laughing. "Ight.."
Me and Lyric walked out the house and as soon as Lyric seen Tessa she ran straight to her. "So.. I can order another Uber to take you home?" I smiled.
She nodded. All of a sudden me and Tessa heard a voice yelling down the block. "TESSA!! HELP ME!" A man said.
My eyes widened. "Malik??" I said shocked. Tessa started running down the block as me and Lyric followed after her. He was shot. Right in his torso.
"THEY TRIED KILLING ME!!" He yelled giving the last bit of energy he had to tell us what happened. "WHO?" Tessa said getting down on her knees. "I started to call 911 on my phone. "Alright man hold on" I said taking off my shirt to help Malik's wound.
I could see Malik was slipping. His breathing sounded shaky and his eyes were slowly closing. "Hello? I'm on Martin's 116th street, a man is shot and it looks like he has less than 5 minutes right now!" I said into the phone. "Okay, alright thank you." I hung up the phone.
"Malik they coming , it's okay." Tessa said crying. Lyric stood behind her and it look like she was about to start hyperventilating. "Yo Tessa keep it together." I said nodding my head to Lyric.
Tessa started comforting her. I turned around and seen Drew coming out his house. "THE FUCK? I THOUGHT CHRIS AND MARK HANDLED THIS NIGGA!" He said running towards us with a gun in his hand.
"YO NO WHAT THE FUCK!" Tessa said yelling and standing up. I grabbed my gun and shot Drew in the chest as he fell down backwards hitting his head hard on the concrete.
If that bullet didn't kill him, the hard ass fall sure did. I heard sirens coming down the block as i put my gun away and started to run away. "YO TESSA THIS SHIT AINT NEVER HAPPENED IGHT?" I said looking back at her.
She was scared but nodded back at me. I threw my gun in some bushes just in case i ran into a cop and started to run faster. I hope her brother makes it and all but I can't get caught.
My gun was still hot from shooting so even if the did catch me with it the heat would have given me away.
Maybe tomorrow I can hit up the hospital and see what's going on but until then... I had to go.
