Back home, well not my home, home with my mother... but with Shirley. We've spent so much time in Aoi's house... his excuse is always,

"We have a tutoring session."

He is horrible, but don't get me wrong, he knows his stuff. He gives good advice in his studies and can pinpoint my problem with understanding.

(Yesterday in Aoi's study)

"If x is equal to 5, what is y?" Aoi said in a firm, serious voice, his eyes locked on the textbook before him..."

"Why is Circle geometry so complex? I thought I dumped this in high school!"

"You're the one who wants to work in health care, so you need this and not just any grade a good grade." He looked up at her, taking off his giggles. He chuckled at the look of frustration of her face.

She was focused, determined to understand, and she then blinked a few times, looking up at him.

"You remember I said I wanted to work in healthcare."

"Yes."

"I only spoke about it once."

"Well, your courses also tell me a bold idea of what you're thinking about doing with your life."

He said with a grin on his face as he pointed at her textbooks.

"I just never thought you'd take the creative arts as your enrichment."

"It was nice until you just had to drop in to say hi..." She smiled at him, but you could obviously tell she was irritated.

"You are really creative, and your acting skills are remarkable. At least they won't be going to waste."

"Yeah, I guess. My favourite part is that Suki is in the club."

"Just imagine Mr & Mrs Aoi Tsukumo both working in the same hospital we'd be able to have lunch together." He said with a flowery smile, cupping his chin and looking deeply into her beautiful y/e/c eyes.

"Ha!... if you say so." She looked back down at her book.

"Y= 30?" She asked hesitantly, tilting her head back as she spoke her 'answer'

"30? Or 30!" Aoi asked in a firm tone.

"30!" She replied boldly

"Good girl, you're right." He moved his hand to pat her head. He was staring at her again hungrily while he ruffled her hair in between his fingers. The slightly lit room (the fireplace is at work, y'all)

"Aoi... You're a doctor, right?"

"Y-yes..." He spoke and then shook his head coming back from his fantasy land.

"What is your specialisation?"

"Well, I do not want to bore you with the details, but my field is Cardiology. I actually was studying neurology, it was for... never mind. Cardiology."

"Ooh, so you're a cardiologist and some kind of brain working crazy person~" She asked him playful.

"Let's just get back to the maths." He said in a cold tone.

(OOH HOW HARD I AM TRYING TO STOP MYSELF FROM SPOILING HOW THIS IS GOING TO HELP LATER AAAAAAAHHHHHH.)

"Now, that I think about it... I don't know much about you, Aoi."

"Well, why would a sweet little girl like you want to know her kidnapper?" He asked, reading through her maths workings.

"Somehow, I am actually now used to your presence... so I am not as scared to see you, but I still want to run away from you one day.

"I am sure you will, hun." He said with a chuckle.

Back to the present...

Well, at least I get to sleep in my own back. Y/n thought to herself, face first planting into the bed, her cat joining her in her bed.

"Sir... the hospital is calling again." One of the maid said meekly, knocking on the basement door.

Aoi was stood there beside a sewing machine, stitching up a long white dress.

He had pins in his mouth, tape rule around his neck, and his red crimson eyes were focused on the stitching. The quiet basement was filled with the sound of the sewing machine, and Aoi ignored the maid. She stood there for about 20 minutes before speaking again.

"I will be leaving now, sir." Her heels tapped against the wood as she walked away.

"It is done." He said, pulling up the dress with a smile on his face. Excitement filled his eyes as she walked over to a dark corner in the basement. He had only put on half of the lights in there. The walls of the basement were well taken care of, the room nicely tiled and a couch in the corner with a feminine figure.

"What do you think?" He asked.

There was no response.

"Come on, Mom. Don't you think she would look great in this." He said, swaying the dress side to side in his arms.

Still no response.

"Ah, why do you have to be so cold, Mother?" He said with a sigh.

"I am sure she'd love it." Aoi said to himself. Walking up the basement stairs when he finally reached the top, he turned off the lights, walked out, and locked the door behind him. Holding the dress proudly in his arms, arriving at the main hallway to admire the painting of his 'future wife'

"Soon, my love... Soon."
