Hi everyone! I've always wanted to see more stories of this wholesome spin-off of this amazing series, so I decided to write one out myself! (As much as I am able to, of course ^^;)
This story will be following the spin-off, Slime Diaries, with the addition of Shizue Izawa being the second leader of Tempest!
I won't really get into detail on how Rimuru was able to save her, but let's just say he did it for the sake of the story after convincing her to see how she can live and have a great life in this harsh world!
This is the first time I've written something in a LONG while, so please bear with me if my writing doesn't entirely look the best ^^;; The way I write Rimuru and Shizu may be a little bit different if you choose to view it differently, so I hope you understand! Here's some info for this story!
- As you know, the biggest change in this story is that Shizue is alive and now runs the town as its second leader alongside Rimuru!
- Shizu will be accompanying Rimuru for most of the story
- Rimuru doesn't get dressed up by Shion and Shuna AS MUCH, since the two girls decided to play dress up with Shizu instead. Safe to say Rimuru is a fan of it until the two Kijin decide to dress up the slime as well-
- As I've said, the reason Shizu is alive won't entirely be explored in too much. For the sake of the story, let's say Rimuru was able to obtain a fire spirit upon reincarnation, similar and more powerful than Ifrit. After convincing Shizu to stay in this world, Rimuru was able to transfer the spirit into Shizu, keeping her alive and looking young. Rimuru named the Spirit, "Homura", which means "flaming" or "blaze" putting himself in Sleep Mode after naming a much stronger spirit than Ifrit.
- Rimuru is able to take his human form after analyzing Shizu's body in the process of saving her, now granting him the ability to mimic a human form!
- Upon being saved by Rimuru, thanks to Homura, Shizu was granted with much more abilities and resistance. With these new abilities, she was able to assist Rimuru and the rest against the Orc Lord.
- VERY important to note that I will be writing and following this story based on the ANIME, NOT THE MANGA. Once I finish writing the 12th episode of the anime into this story, nothing more will be done or explored (Maybe add in a little extra too!) I'll only be solely focusing on what happens in the anime and not what happens in the Manga and not pay attention on future events that happen in the manga that isn't covered in the anime.
This book won't entirely be too different from the series, with the exception of Shizu, but either way, I hope you all enjoy this and stick around!
With that said, I hope you enjoy this story, I'll certainly try my best to recreate that beautiful spin-off with the add-in of the Conquerer of Flames!
