Having been betrayed by someone he considered his brother had left Naruto deeply shaken. Never before had he experienced such betrayal from someone so close, nor had he come so close to death when Sasuke drove a Chidori through his chest. It was in that moment that he fully realized his own weakness. And when that realization came, it was almost too late, he was on the brink of death and would not have survived if not for the Kyubi's intervention. That day, the old Naruto died, and a new one was born, one who finally understood the true nature of the Shinobi world.
Unlike his younger self who was loud and boisterous Naruto now have a calm and composed demeanor, especially in stressful situations. While still maintaining his warm and caring nature, he became much more reserved, much like his father. Going on hard missions despite still being on a training trip made him develop a keen strategic mind, making him a formidable opponent in battle for he now excel at analyzing his enemies and devising plans that outsmart them, using his intellect as much as his strength.

Now standing at 5'10 he is no longer the midget he used to be in his genin days. He has a lean and toned build, with well-defined muscles that are not overly bulky. His physique is designed for speed, agility, endurance, and raw strength.
