SOPHIA GRACE was the sweetest sophomore at school, you need gum, she's got you, you need a pencil, she's got you, you look sad, she'll try to cheer you up, she was kind to literally everyone and that's what made her so popular, she was a sweetheart
Not to Benj Nielsen though
Ever since she's known Alyssa, he's been nothing but rude to her, so she's just mirrored it, he has his moments here and there but other than that it's honestly a like-hate relationship between them, it's even worse that he's going to her school now
"Morning mom" Sophia greets her mom who was making breakfast for the twin girls in their room
"Morning baby, ready for you first day?" She asked, trying to talk to Sophia while making breakfast
"Yes and no, yknow Benj is a freshman now? So he's going" Sophia scoffed, just the mention of him makes her wanna puke sometimes
"Miss Nielsens younger kid? He's such a good kid, I don't know what's the problem" Her mom shrugged, Miss Nielsen and Miss Grace have been friends since Alyssa was 12, shes changed Benjs diapers, she's never really seen the problem with the theatre kid
Sophia sighed, "Nevermind, I gotta go, Alyssa and Bailey are waiting for me" She kisses her mothers cheek
"Wait wait I need pictures" Miss Grace reached for her phone, telling Sophia to pose atleast a million times, her camera roll completely filled, "have a good day baby"
"You too mom" Sophia said before walking out, walking across the street to Alyssa's house
Sophia walks in since the door is always unlocked anyways, "morning" she says cheerfully
"Sophia" Bailey and Miss Nielsen say at the same time, "Hey soph" Alyssa says boredly
"Hey" Sophia says, giving Benj a small nod, he nodded back at her
"Happy first day of school sweetie" Miss Nielsen says, kissing Sophia's cheek, "Thank you miss Nielsen"
"Wait who's your carpool?" Bailey asked Benj
"Some senior that the school assigned to me, Adam Ruben's or something?"
Alyssa, Bailey and I all looked at each other before laughing, "Ruben?" Alyssa asked, covering her mouth
"What is he like really cool?" Benj smiled excitedly
"No, he's like the worst person in the entire school" Alyssa says
"He's a literal drug dealer, a fake one at that" Sophia scoffed, Bailey wrapped her around Sophia's shoulder, "Kids terrible"
"Okay, well, you know what that sounds like to me, that sounds like you could both use a friend, how serendiputis?"
"Cmon guys let's go" Alyssa said, "Bye Miss Nielsen, bye loser" Sophia chuckled, ruffling his hair before leaving
But why was Benj smiling? Not because of Sophia Grace, right?
