🔹Next day after the accident

Kao woke up late! Freshening up, started searching for his phone, but his phone? Even his laptop wasn't there... It was not very difficult for him to understand who did that..

•Kao: "Kang... Kang?... Maa... Maa"

Mrs. Techaapaikhun & Kanghan entered into the room with breakfast tray

•Kanghan : "What Mr. Senior K.T? are you missing something ??"

•Kao(pulling Kang's ear): "Give my stuffs back! I've office..."

•Mrs. Techaapaikhun: "What office?? Jim called to tell you not to go office..."

•Kanghan(showing tongue): "Yes eat breakfast & take meds & rest like a good boy"

•Kao: "Shut up, brat!
(Whispers to himself) Arghh This Grandpa Jim really needs a lover to stop him from bothering me!"

As they kept eating breakfast Kao spoke again, "but Kang why're you not yet ready for school?"

•Kanghan : "Not going! As someone may flee to office in my absence!"

•Kao rolling his eyes: "Maa stop spoiling him! Look how he's talking to me! & you brat if you don't go to school, I'll leave for office!"

•Mrs. Techaapaikhun : "Two of you stop fighting, sometimes I really forget you two r father-son, not siblings!
My little Kangaroo go to school baba, isn't exam near?"

•Kanghan(pointing to Kao): "But big Mama... Pop..."

•Mrs. Techaapaikhun : "Kao is not going anywhere, if needed he'll be locked in room untill you come back!"

•Kao: "Maa..."

Seeing Kao's pout Mrs. Techaapaikhun & Kanghan burst out laughing... Kanghan finally agreed to go to school after getting Kao's promise with a big hug...

After coming back from school,
•Kanghan asked, "Pop, do you know if Pete uncle came to office or not?"

•Kao being irked, "No! How would I know?"

•Kanghan : "Right! You also didn't go to office... Actually Lay did neither come to school nor pick up calls... Day after tomorrow is mixed doubles! Gee was asking..."

Kao did attend a zoom call meeting but only Pick was there from other side, he didn't see Pete there...

Kao finally went to office even though he received scolding from Jim, but Pete was absent today too, He heard Arm was saying to Wen,
~"Pete needs rest, don't let him join this week..."
Though Kao wanted to know more about Pete, he controlled his emotions...

• Kao managed to ask Kanghan returning home from office, "umm, Kang did u meet Lay?"

• Kanghan : "No... But he contacted Gee, saying he would play with her... Pop will you go to watch the match?"
