Chapter Six

Chapter Six

Standing by the window in the office, Virgil was looking out and thinking about. He was so lost in his own thoughts, that he didn't hear Scott walk in the room.

Scott made Virgil jump. "Virgil..... sorry I didn't mean to make you jump"

He looks to for a long moment. "It's ok I was miles away....... I wanted to ask for two weeks off, I want to take my daughters to Disneyland Paris"

He could help smiling as his brother. "I think that's possible, both Emily and Clara will love going to Disneyland"

He knew his girls will be excited about going to Disneyland, Virgil also was looking forward to spending time with his girl.

Scott had the paperwork wrote up and signed, he authorised the time off Virgil asked him for. It would be quite without Clara and Emily there on the Island, but when they return both girl will be talkative.

Virgil took his girls down to the beach, he wanted to tell them that they are going to Disneyland.

He was nervous about telling his girls. "Clara, Emily I have something to tell you, we are going on holiday"

Both girls were shocked and happy to be going on holiday with their daddy, they were also wondering where they are going.

Clara asked her father. "Where are we going daddy?"

He smiles at his daughters before answering. "All three of us are going to Disneyland"

Both Clara and Emily were excited as they had never been to Disneyland, or being taken on holiday before.

He couldn't help chuckling at his daughters, Virgil couldn't wait till takes his little girls on holiday.

After spending another hour down on the beach, Virgil took his girls back up to the house just in time for lunch.

Virgil announced to the rest of the family, that he and his girls are going on holiday to Disneyland. Everyone was shocked that Virgil and his girls were going on holiday, only Scott knew before everyone else.

Once lunch was over Virgil went and packed what he and his girls would need, he also made sure that the hotel was booked.

Scott was keeping his nieces busy while Virgil packed their things, Scott also told Virgil to keep in contact. He just wanted to protect Virgil and his girls.

He going to miss his brother and his nieces, if he was honest he wishes that he was going with them. Scott had been helping Virgil raise Clara and Emily, the other had helped too but Scott had been there every step of the way.

He decided that he would ask Virgil if he could join him and Emily and Clara on holiday, but in a week just so the he could give Virgil and the girl time together. He knew he was being over protective but he couldn't help it, Scott is the oldest brother to his four younger siblings and a uncle.

Walking in to the living room and over to the sofa, Virgil sat down next to Scott while watching his daughters.

Scott turns to Virgil and asked. "I wanted to ask if it's ok to join you and the girls on holiday in a weeks?"

He knew why Scott was asking to them, he wasn't just a big brother he was also a uncle. Scott was like a second parent to both Emily and Clara.

Looking to his big brother and thinking Virgil says. "Yes of course you can, we would love for you to join us"

Scott smiles at his brother. "Thank you Virgil"

After talking for a little while with Scott, Virgil and his girls left to go to Paris. He couldn't wait to get and spend time with his daughters, both Emily and Clara couldn't wait either as this is their first holiday and that they are with their father.

Half hour into the flight Clara asked. "Daddy are we there yet?"

Virgil looked to his daughter. "Not yet princess"

The girls didn't say anything for a while, they were playing games on their iPads that their father bought them for their birthday.

After a hour Emily asked her father. "Are we there yet daddy?"

Looking to both of his daughters and answers. "Almost my princesses"

Virgil was beginning to feel how his father felt, when one of his brothers or himself asked if they were there yet.

Both girls say together. "Ok daddy"

He knew that both Clara and Emily were excited for going on holiday, Virgil too was excited to spend time with his girls. Virgil was also looking forward for Scott joining them in a week, he knew his brother needed a break. Scott had taken over IR organisation and the family business after their fathers accident, he was under a lot of stress and need a break.

The last time Virgil and his brothers had a holiday, was when they went to Olando for a few weeks, that was before IR was operational.

After an hour and half Virgil smiles. "We're just about to land girls, then we have a short drive to get to the hotel"

Both girls say joyfully. "Yay were here"

He couldn't help chuckling and shaking his head, at how excited his girls were.

Once they landed and Virgil got their luggage, he took his girls to the car that was waiting for them. After a short drive to the hotel, Virgil checked them in at the hotel reception.

When they were shown to the family penthouse room, Virgil ordered some dinner for his girls and himself.

While waiting Virgil called Scott. "Virgil Tracy calling Scott Tracy"

Scott answers. "Scott here..... Hey Virgil are you all ok?"

Looking to his girls then back to Scott smiling. "Yes we're all ok and I called to let you know that we are now in the hotel"

He couldn't help smiling at Virgil. "I'm glad and I can't wait to join you all in a week"

After talking to Scott for a few minutes, dinner arrived and Virgil said he would call in the morning.

Once they had dinner Virgil bathed his girls then put a movie on for them to watch, he already made plans for tomorrow for his girls and himself.

It wasn't long before both girls fell asleep, Virgil put them to bed then went to bed himself. Virgil couldn't wait till the morning, when he could take his girls to the theme park.

Their holiday begins tomorrow for Virgil and his daughters, with that in mind Virgil fell asleep.
