3 “C-can’t we do anything? I mean I know that he’s really powerful and all but like, there has to be something that we can do to stop this.” Tissues said, a bit in denial about the whole thing. “Welll… There… Isn't really anything we can do, Tiss,” Soap said, explaining their current situation, “He and our mom are the literal monarchs of Hell, King and Queen. If we even dared to fight back, they have an army of bloodthirsty warriors out to get us. And if they did that, I don’t think they’d even realize they were killing a whole hotel’s worth of innocent people as well, they would come in, massacre and torture us until the screams stopped, and leave. Between facing our parents and literally EVERYONE here dying… The first one’s clearly a better option.” The girl sighed.
The group sat awkwardly for a bit, when tissues said, “Well, someone's gonna have to tell Trophy about it.” “You’re telling him.” Lightbulb said, rather uncharacteristically plain in her tone. “No you’re telling him, he feels safer with you!” Tissues protested. “Tissues just get over it and tell him okay? I don’t want any arguing, it’s just going to stress everyone out even more.” Soap ended the two's bickering. “Okay fiiine.” Tissues gave in.
The sickly boy slowly shook Trophy up. “*yawwn* Hey Tissues….,” Trophy said, looking sorta embarrassed. “You’re okay now, right?” Tissues asked. He didn’t want to tell Trophy about it in the first place, let alone an already sad Trophy.
“Uhm, yeah, I think I'm feeling better now,” Trophy said, bouncing his leg up and down. He still felt sorta embarrassed by being this… vulnerable around Tissues, but he guessed he didn't have to worry about keeping his persona up anymore, it looked like Tissues didn't care, well, not enough to ask him about it. “Well, I sort of need to tell you something…” Tissues trailed off, still not wanting to tell Trophy. “ *sigh*, Just tell it to me straight, okay?” Trophy sighed. “Well, you know your dad? He’s sort of… coming tomorrow to discuss things.” Tissues winced in anticipation.
“...Oh.” Trophy said, his voice blank. The four sat in a thick silence, before Lightbulb decided to brighten up the mood by saying, “Well, at least we have each other," She said, giving Trophy a comforting side-hug, "Nothing but the Jauk siblings against all three worlds! Well, and Tissues too, I guess. You can be moral support."
"Hey, I'm not just moral support! I can also distract the guards using my powers of seduction!" Tissues said, defending his use cases, "Wait… All three worlds? I thought there was only one world, Earth." "Well, it's a bit more complicated than that," Soap explained, "There's Earth, the place we're living on now, and Earth's universe is just a tiny bit of the whole universe. Then there's Hell, underneath the fabric of the universe, where we come from, and then there's heaven, where angels and all of the 'good things’ live." "...Wait, wait again, Heaven? The place that Christians say you go when you die and you've been good?" That place is real?" Tissues said, astonished. Tea Kettle was right all along when she took him to church when he was a kid! He shuddered in fear, he must be going to Hell now for all of the escort work he did before II and the gayness! Oh, and sleeping in the same establishment as LITERAL DEMONS! …And being friends with them. But he guessed that he wouldn't mind going to Hell if it meant being best friends with these guys. "Oh, don't worry about that, stupid. It's too much to get into right now, but let's just say that they definitely aren't what any religion says it is. Maybe a combination of all of them into one? But more Buddhism and Greek mythology than anything else? And… Jesus is still there somehow? Aw dang it, I'll tell it to ya tomorrow after we deal with my father." Trophy said, a bit embarrassedly at the end cuz of the amount of rambling. Tissues decided that he'd ponder the existence of JESUS CHRIST being confirmed by LITERAL DEMONS FROM HELL when their lives weren't a bit at stake.
