Chapter 1 unfortunate events

"Mother where are you?" Cried a young molly as she walk long the big white halls, holding her teddy bear in hand. Molly was the only daughter to umbrella's top Scientist Luna crystal.

"MOTHER!" cried molly as she sat against the wall as two other scientists walked by. "Hey what's wrong honey" said one of the scientists crouching down to be level with the young girl. "Mother I can't find mother" molly cried as the scientist picked her up.

"Ok my love it's ok we find her" said the lady scientist as the other scientist pulled out his radio.
"Hey has anyone seen or knows the where abouts of
Doctor crystal" the man said, as an other voice came though "yeh she hear with us in lab b what's up?"
"We found her daughter crying for her is it ok to bring her down?" The man said once they got the ok the two scientists walked down lab b.

Once they got there the man used his keycard and they walked into the lab "mother" the girl said as she ran over to her. "Hey my sweets" said luna as she picked molly up and gave her a kiss.

"Mommy is very busy my sweet girl but I'll come find you later when I'm done ok, why don't you go with Sakura and head to my office I won't be long" Luna said to her daughter as she watched the young girl leave with her friend.

"Ok now where were we at" luna said "we just about got the t virus type delta ready to be tested" one of the scientists said.

"Alright" sighed Luna knowing this day was going to come. "I'll get our test subject ready to trial it" Luna responded as she walked out.

"Is it just me or did she seem sad?" One of the scientists in the room said as the other replied "yes we needed some one young and fit to try this and the only person the high ups agreed to was her daughter as they did want to get outside people evolved so they don't find out our secret projects" the other scientists said.

As Luna made her way into the office she took a min before she opened the door. "Molly my love come here" Luna said pulling the girl into a hug.

"Molly my dear remember when I said you would need to help mommy someday?" Luna said as molly nodded and Sakura looked to mark as mark sad smile at her.

"Well the time has come and you are going to help mommy but mommy will be with you every step of the way" Luna explained as molly nodded. As luna said that Sakura walked up and injected the young girl with some medicine to put her into a deep sleep.

"You want me to go get bed?" Asked mark "no I'll carry her" said Luna as she picked up her daughter and carried her to the lab.

Once in the lab Luna laid molly on the bed and remove her teddy bear from her and place the oxygen mask on her and put her in restraints.
"I'm so sorry my love it has to be done" Luna said as she grabbed the vial that contained the t virus type delta and got the injection ready and then slowly injected the girl and watch as the young girl cried out and the monitors started beeping like crazy.

"Ok get the vaccine ready" shouted Luna as one of the scientists ran to get the vaccine vial and threw it to Luna and Luna began to inject the vaccine to try and cure the virus how ever as the two drugs work the way through Molly's system it began to cause her stats to go crazy and she began to thrash about violently.

"Shit no no no this wasn't supposed to happen" Luna shouted in a panic as everyone tried to short the mess out. "Molly I'm so so sorry baby girl" cried Luna as she watch her daughter dying in front of her.

After what felt like forever Molly's stats stats were getting better and the girl was being to stable once they were sure she wasn't in any immediate danger they moved molly to the recovery lab so she could rest and they could run test on her to see what damage has been done.

Luna sat next to Molly's sleeping from and felt so guilty for what happened but she knew this couldn't go on she never signed up to use her daughter for umbrella test and becoming their lab rat, she wanted to rise her daughter to have a normal life but because of her line of work she couldn't.

A week passed and molly finally woke up however unfortunately for the girl her life had changed the events of the experiment had left Molly's legs completely paralysed and that virus mixed with the vaccine had caused her nerves in her legs to die and she couldn't move molly cried as her mother pulled her into a hug.

"I'm so so sorry my love I didn't mean for this to happen" Luna said however Luna knew that molly was to young to understand and worried for the day her daughter found out about umbrella and her work and that would lead her daughter to hate her.

Once Sakura came to check on molly Luna asked the younger scientist to stay as she went to speak to the higher ups.

"Evening Luna what brings you to head office" asked the boss.

"I came to say that I no longer want to work for you guys and your plan cost my daughter her legs and she will never be able to walk again and I refuse to subject her to this life and I want her to have a normal life with me outside of umbrella" Luna
said.

"Mrs crystal i sorry to inform you of this however given your ranking in umbrella and the fact you know so much means we can not let you leave and as for your daughter unfortunately she going to have to be here as she the only one who we can test our virus and stuff do you understand". Said the boss "yes sir" Luna said and walked out.
