*THIS CHAPTER WILL NOT BE POTRAYED THE SAME WAY IT IS IN THE ORIGINAL.*

It's been a couple weeks since the first candy kiss, and as a popular suggestion from the Stars, the boys were off to do another one. After the first candy kiss, Oliver was left with confusing feelings conflicting inside him. The thought of his encounter with one of his best friends lingered in his mind for longer than it should've, and at this point, Oliver's mind was so clouded with these memories that every time he and his best friend interacted, he couldn't stop his feelings from slowly rising back to the surface again. Oliver had spent what felt like countless days trying to put a name on the feelings that plagued his body, but had no luck. With the negative result, Oliver did the only thing he thought he could do. He brushed it off as nothing and hoped that it'd go away. So, when the time came to do a second candy kiss, Oliver was a bit on edge.

What if... No. I can't think of last time. Not again. It wouldn't do me any good to dwell on the past, especially a past I have no answers for. Today is a new day, and surely things will be different. I was probably just too angry at Sebastian and just shifted my focus to the closest thing that I could see! Yeah... that has got to be it! What else could it be?

Following NSB's new house Hide and Seek, the Passing the Camera to... challenge, and Kane's predictable losing streak in the first couple Candy Kiss rounds, it was Ryan and Oliver's turn to play. They were both feeling the nerves within them start to shake as the sudden realization that they were going to re-live the last candy kiss incident again started to set in. So, as a buffer before the two started the round, Oliver decided to tease Ryan a little bit with a game. Prior to the cameras beginning to film their segment, Oliver had pulled Ryan to the side, explaining to him what he was going to do before he went over and told Bae and Angel. "Ryan, Ryan, come here!" Oliver called out with a mischievous grin painted on his face.

After Regie and Darren finish their segment, Oliver suddenly calls me over. What did he need? I walk over to him with a questioning look on my face as I ask him. He tells me that he wants to play some sort of game with me but won't tell me what, and that I'll find out when the time comes. For some reason, this always happens when Oliver requests something from me. I just can't bring myself to deny him what he wants. Maybe it's because of the way his eyes light up and his smile instantly starts to grow whenever he thinks of something exciting he can add to a video, or maybe it's because of the way his features crinkle and soften all in the right places, making the look on his face too precious to destroy... Whatever it was, he had power over me like no one else did and I just can't put my finger on why. Soon, he walks over to Bae and Angel to, I assume, explain to them what he was about to do. I wandered around the idea but didn't get anywhere, so I just decided to let things happen naturally.

Just before the camera starts rolling, Oliver puts the candy in his mouth and flicks his head upwards towards Ryan, signaling to him that this was what he meant when he said he wanted to play a game. Ryan seemed to understand and played along. They both kept trying to get the candy into Ryan's mouth, knowing half the footage was going to be taken out anyway because they were taking too long. In doing so, the pair had locked eyes several times and couldn't help but smile at each other adoringly. "You guys have to see what I'm seeing" Oliver says through a laugh. The boys can't help but laugh alongside him, and neither can Ryan. With smiles plastered on the faces of everyone around them, the two finally get the candy into their mouths and start the challenge. One bite at a time, Oliver and Ryan got closer and closer, and the once quick pace started to slow down. The effect of Oliver's buffer didn't work out as well as he had hoped it would, and yet again, the tension between the two started to thicken as their noses crossed each other's in a smooth motion down onto the other's cheek.

Sh*t. Not again! What's going on, and why is this happening? Why is it that whenever I do this with Oli, I feel this way? I'm never like this with Seb, Justin, or anyone else, so why Oli?! Staring right into those gleaming, chocolate-doe eyes that are framed with the strands of his perfect wavy hair that he takes way too much care of, a rush of determination and dominance takes a hold of me. With the same rush as I had the last time we did a candy kiss, I push myself forward towards Oli, and like last time, I feel him getting nervous as he starts to take small steps back. But this time, he's not giving up, to which, in response, I send him a little smirk before continuing my ministrations.

This time, with the pair were not being maneuvered or interrupted by any external force, they were allowed to continue past what they could in the last video. The cheering from the boys started to quiet down as they all watched the pair intently. Ryan and Oliver being as determined as they were didn't even notice this. With each pair of eyes locked to the other's, they forgot their proximity to each other. Neither one of them would have ever thought in a million years that they could be so distracted by the eyes of another to the point where

Their lips touched.

Just barely, but it did happen. A scintillating shock of electricity passed through their lips, down their bodies, as they jolted back into reality with a jump. Staring at each other with a shocked expression painted across both their faces, they shared one thought

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?

Swiftly from that shock, they shot their heads towards Bae and Angel only to see that they had already cut the cameras, then they flung their heads back to look at the boys, who were all dumbfounded at what they just witnessed. Everything had transpired so quickly yet so slowly that none of their brains had enough time to fully comprehend what had just happened.
"OH MY GOSH. DID YOU GUYS JUST-" the boys started in unison. Looking at each other then back at the boys before they could finish their question, "NO!" Oliver and Ryan replied, dispelling any thoughts the boys could have conjured up, despite not knowing themselves what had just happened. With No one entirely convinced, "L-let's just move on from whatever just went down between those two.. Aaaand finish the video! Yeah! C'mon, get to work, guys! You can take your breaks when we're done filming!" Sebastian decided. Snapping out of their thoughts, everyone nodded and went back to work.

"Hey, I think we should talk.."  they said together. They look at each other surprised for a moment before chuckling sheepishly and mirroring each other as they rubbed the backs of their necks nervously. "Yeah.." "We probably should..."
