Third person pov

Y/N was feeling lost. It had been a month since she last heard about Taehyung. They used to text each other everyday, but after the call that night he left without saying a word. She texted him but he had stopped responding to her texts and calls. She couldn't shake off the feeling of uneasiness that had settled in her heart. Her gaze fell on Jungkook who was also absent for a month desperate for her answers she reached him. What she found out shook her to the core, 'Taehyung's brother is in coma'.

Her eyes tear up as she realised the pain and turmoil that taehyung must be going through. She had no idea that something devastating had happened in his life. She felt guilt for not being there for him when he needed her support, She walked through the hallway when she got pushed into an empty room. Focusing on the figure standing front of her, Bora and her minions were there.

Bora: I heard you are investigating something you shouldn't have

Y/N: what are you talking about

Bora: Y/N.. Y/N.. Y/N.. You are new here that's why I think you don't know about the consequences of putting nose in someone else's business. What evidences you have, I can leave you if you give me every piece of evidence you have collected.

Y/N: Like I'll do what you said

Bora: Than we have to ask you in a hard way. Guys beat her and show her what she gets messing up with me

They cornered her into the room threatening her to hand over all the evidence or she might end up in the hospital but little did they know that Y/N is pro in fighting she had learned martial arts and she wasn't about to go down without a fight. They attacked her and she fought back with all her might. She dodged their attacks, landing punches and kicks of her own. Bora was taken aback by her unexpected strength and resilience. In about 6 minutes all her minions were on ground groaning in pain. Y/N reached out to Bora twisting her hands back of her as Bora cry out in pain kicking her knees Y/N pulled her hairs with her free hands

Y/N: Miss Bora count your days of freedom cause soon you and all the persons behind this will be in prison and that's my promise to you.

Landing a kick on her, Y/N left from there leaving them behind.

Night

On call

Minho: Hlw Y/N, how are you

Y/N: I'm good oppa. Tell me about you and how's company work going on

Minho: I'm fine too, I have few updates about our partnership with Kim indrutries

Y/N: What is it?

Minho: We have finalised the upcoming meeting in Kim Industries and they need you to present in the meeting as you didn't attended the last meeting with them

Y/N: Minho you know I'm here as Lee Y/N and I can reveal my identity this soon it may affect my mission too. So I think you should go there

Minho: Y/N, you need to understand the importance of this meeting, and I'm also starting to feel overwhelmed with all the work piling up in your absence. Maybe it's time for you to take a break from your mission and focus on you company.

Y/N: I know you have been working overtime in my absence and I promise you to give you bonus and a long vacation when this all will be over. But this mission is crucial for undercovering the illegal business happening in my university. I can't abandon it now

Minho: I understand, but I'm just concerned about the well being of the company, in you absence we have already delayed alot of projects if this continues than the company will face a major failure. And you have already collected enough evidences and I've already mailed it to police head, they might get arrested tomorrow. Maybe you can delegate some tasks to me so that you can balance both the mission and the company

Y/N: You're right. Company is also important I can't neglect it completely. I trust you oppa. I'll send you another evidence that I got and I need you to make necessary arrangements for the meeting. When are they agree for meeting?

Minho: They said they have being going through some rough time and want a few weeks to prepare for meeting. And they offered us the date of 3rd week of next month.

Y/N: okay than, I'll be there in the meeting until then send all the important project files that are held pending.

Minho: okay I'll mail them to you. See you next month in korea

Y/N: See ya!!

As Y/N ended the call Lisa entered the room after taking shower drying her hair looking at Y/N continuously

Lisa: Hey Y/N!!, do you want to watch a movie tomorrow night with rest of the gang?

Y/N: I'm not sure, lisa. I've so much work to do

Lisa: Oh come on, Y/N! You deserve a break and remember, all work and no play makes Y/N a dull girl

Y/N: Hahaha, okay, you got me there. But I really need to finish this project

Lisa: Don't worry, you can finish it later. Movie night with friends is rare opportunity, plus we're going to watch your favorite genere

Y/N: Hmmmm.. I do love a good horror movie, alright, I'm in!!

Lisa: Yayyyy!!!!! You won't regret it. I promise and hey, thanks for giving in to my cuteness my bestie ( stars doing aegyo)

Y/N: Ha! You and your persuasive cuteness, I can never resist.

Third person pov

Taehyung paced back and forth in his brother's office, feeling the weight of the entire company on his shoulders. A month before when Namjoon went in coma. Now, Taehyung found himself stepping into his brother's shoes, taking on the responsibility of running the company in his absence, Jimin had been guiding him in every single step not rushing things and let him try to understand his work.

The days blurred thogether as Taehyung juggled meetings, phone calls, and endless streams os emails. He was constantly on the go, barely finding time to eat, let alone sleep. His phone buzzed constantly with notifications, reminders and urgent messages that demanded his attention.

Admit the chaos, Taehyung realised that he hadn't spoken to Y/N in weeks, guilt grawed at him as he thought about how he had neglected her, how he had fail to reach out and reassured her that he was okay but there was always another passing matter to attend to, especially the partnership between Kim's and Park's. He made a mental note to meet Y/N as soon as he could
