I'm Ross. I am 17 and I'm in highschool. I'm one of the shyest people in the school so I get picked and annoyed a lot, because people think shy mean nice apparently. But I'm not mean ethier or heartless. I have actually been crushing on this girl for a while but I've never got the nerve to talk to her. She probably doesn't even know I ingest.
I sighed and walked to my locker. When I got there I looked to my side. My crush was 1 locker away from me. I tryed not to stare but I did anyways. Her curly brown hair flipped away from me so I knew that ment her face was looking at me. She cought my staring and I looked away.
She wasn't a popular kid she was more of a nerd but, she was not nerdy. Just smart. Almost average. Unlike me I'm below the average mark. I sighed. I have never had a girlfriend, no kisses, not asked anyone out, and no one even talks to me. O walked over to a poster and the billbored. Dance. This Friday. Maybe I can ask Laura -my crush do dance. Who I'm I kidding, I can't even say hi to anyone.
-- the bell rang. School was out I went home and dropped everything near the couch and sat down.
"Hey bro how was school?" My brother Riker asked. I shook my head.
"The same," I said. He nodded and went to his room again to play some racing game with everyone else. And I went to my room to think about Laura.

It was now Friday night. I sighed. I looked around and spotted Laura. She was wearing a short red dress. Meanwhile I was wearing a white botten up shirt and jeans. When it ended and almost everyone was gone just a few groups of people. I went on stage and picked up one of the gutairs. While playing a few cords I sand, " I'll pick you up at 8 and we can drive around. Then take you to the beach were we can head down town, while you hold my hand." Right after that I froze. Laura walked in and she was staring at me. When we made eye contact my face turned red but I smiled. She walked up were I was and smiled.
"Your good," she said.
"Uh.. um.. oh uh..," she keeper smiling why I shuddered. "Thanks I mean..," I trailed off again. She smiled and kissed me check.
"All see you around, wait what's your name?" She slightly tipped her head.
"Ross," I finally got out a clear word. She smiled and nodded.
"I'm Laura," she said and walked away.
