The sun shone brilliantly over the serene garden, where delicate flowers swayed gently in the breeze. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming roses and the soft hum of nature’s symphony. Today was the day—our commitment ceremony. Rhea and I stood at the altar, our hands intertwined, waiting for Zelina.

As the minutes ticked by, I noticed the absence of Zelina’s radiant smile. My heart began to race with worry. I exchanged a concerned glance with Rhea, who squeezed my hand reassuringly. “I’ll go check on her,” she whispered, her voice steady yet filled with concern.

I nodded, watching as Rhea made her way to the small dressing room where Zelina was preparing. The door creaked open, and I could hear the muffled sounds of their conversation. Moments later, Rhea emerged, guiding a visibly shaken Zelina by the hand.

Zelina’s eyes were wide with fear, her hands trembling. “I’m so sorry,” she stammered, tears welling up in her eyes. “I don’t know if I can do this. What if I’m not enough? What if I let you both down?”

Rhea and I moved closer, enveloping her in a warm embrace. “Zelina, you are more than enough,” Rhea said softly, her voice filled with love and certainty. “We chose each other because of the love and trust we share. It’s okay to be scared, but we’re here for you. We’ll face everything together.”

I gently lifted Zelina’s chin, making sure she could see the sincerity in my eyes. “We’re a team, remember? We’ve faced so much already, and we’ve only grown stronger. Today is just another step in our journey. We believe in you, and we believe in us.”

Zelina took a deep breath, her tears slowly subsiding. She nodded, a small but determined smile forming on her lips. “You’re right. I’m ready.”

Hand in hand, the three of us returned to the altar, where our friends and family awaited. As we stood together, the weight of our commitment settled over us, not as a burden, but as a promise of love, support, and unity. The ceremony began, and with each word spoken, our bond grew stronger, sealing our promise to face the future together, no matter what it held.
