DAY NINE
I really didn't want to have to do this.
I'd been thinking about it for a while. But it was only when Beth vocalised my thought yesterday afternoon, that I made the decision. The decision that we were actually going to carry this out.
My heart feels for Charlie, it really does. He's the one who was most set on coming out here in the first place. After the conversations I've had with him these past few days, after all he's poured out of his heart for me, I almost feel like I'm betraying him in a way.
But what we're doing is for the better. It will take a while. But it will be worth it. It's for our own good.
We should have never left in the first place, I think as I walk alongside Beth. All it has done is created false hope. While it was fun, all good things must come to an end.
And in this case, I can think of multiple things.
