A/N:  IM BACKZIES

HOON FELT LIKE HE WAS ON CLOUD NINE. That was, until, post-school, he walked down his school hallways, the sun from just a few hours ago concealed by gray, ominous clouds. He didn't let this affect him, however. How could he care? He was having a relatively good day, he paid attention in class- hell, if he got out of school fast enough, he could work hard and just have enough to pay off another-

"AY HOON, WHAT THE HELL?"

His heart dropped to his stomach. Hoon turned around ever so slowly, his eyes meeting a bully that had put him through agony time and time again.
Both of them could hear his breath beginning to quicken, but Hoon simply attempted to turn back around and keep on walking- until the bully snatched the back of his backpack, throwing him to the ground. Before Hoon could get up, the bully stomped on Hoon's wrist, rendering him unable to move his arm and in immense pain.

"Boy, are you deaf? What the hell is up with you? Happy-go-lucky looking ahh, ain't nobody care about you." They moved their foot from Hoon's wrist to make a sharp jab at Hoon's cheekbone with the toe of their leather shoe, and then proceeded to stomp on Hoon's wrist again, but only for a moment.

"Walk down these hallways again with that dumb ol' smile, I dare you. You ain't got nothing to be happy about, considering you live in some dumpster with no folks."

The bully chuckled, proceeding to make their way down the hallway with not a care in the world. Hoon, however, was enervated, his eyes beginning to pool and sting with tears. He sat up, attempting to push himself to the wall- but his left hand was extremely weak; his wrist couldn't support anything.
His breath quickened, tears streaming down his face as his head rested against the wall. Gentle sobs echoed in the empty hallway, but he dared not to get any louder than a soft whimper.

The sky dimmed. His vision slightly blurred, and he heard a thunder ring outside the windows in front of him. His used his arm to get up, and slowly walked down the hallway once again.
Just then, his mind darted to thinking about [Y/N], longing for any form of comfort from them, whether that be a hug or even a few consoling words. His heart felt slightly lighter at the thought of them, and out of hope, he hurried a little faster.
