Chapter 30

7 months later

Chloe Bourgeois we found you guilty of all of your charges. You will be serving 5 years in prison in a year on parole.

"NOOOOOO" Chloe scream while the guards took her out of the courtroom. She screamed and shouted for her father, begging him to help her and begging them not to take her but she soon disappeared behind the doors but everyone could still hear her screaming.

Adrien shook his head before getting up and walking out of the courtroom.

Chloe had gotten lucky with her charges. Instead of her getting the maximum penalty her father helped her get five years.

He was sitting in the room crying the whole time. Adrien sat in the back the Watching nobody knew he was there he was wearing class and a suit.

When he walked out of the courthouse he seen that it was raining. Now that Chloe was going away for a while he felt free.

It didn't take long for his divorce to go through. Chloe tried everything in her power to either stop the divorce or to either get something out of it. She accused him of cheating, she accused him of emotional abuse, physical abuse, and all of the above.

Due to her not having any evidence and also lying in court she didn't receive anything from him. If she was smart and would have listened to her lawyer she would have at least got an alimony.

When word got out about the divorce the media went crazy everyone was accusing Adrien of cheating but when the news about Chloe's arrest, cheating, and drug problems got out they switch sides and we're on his side.

The blonde breath in the fresh air before walking down the steps of the court house. Everything felt like a dream for him he finally could be himself and be with the one he love the most in life.

The day everything happened he had to call Marinette and tell her what was going on. She insisted on them leaving early to be with them but Adrien told her not to and to just stay there because he didn't want Mari to be around any of the drama going on,

The whole 7 month he wasn't himself the divorce, Chloe and everything around him was taking a toll on his mental health.

Lucky for him Marinette was there with him through it all. Even when he was being a complete asshoe or would stay in his office all day she provided to him that she was there for him.

Because of that he knew without a doubt he was going to marry her.

Adrien fix his suit before opening his car door and getting inside to drive off.

When he arrived to his house he was greeted by a amazing smell. The smell was so good that it made his stomach growl.

He closed the door before walking inside of the house. He thought one of the maids were in the kitchen cooking but instead it was Marinette.

She was cooking and dancing to the sound she was listening to. She looked so happy and in her own little world. Even though she was in her black booty shorts and a T-shit she still looked so beautiful.

He watch her for a little bit before walking in and grabbing her by her hips. The bluenette jump when she felt his arms.

"Adrien You scared me!" She said while calming down.

Adrien - I'm so sorry you just looked so beautiful i couldn't help myself.

After he said that he kissed her on top of her head.
