"Kids, we got an alert." I could hear mom's voice echoing through the house.
I quickly got up and put my uniform and mask running to the ground floor
We all were running, then Ayla tripped and almost fell, but Jupiter held her and stopped her from falling.
"Thanks." Ayla blushed and smiled shyly
"No problem." Jupiter smiled back
Jupiter and Ayla have an Allisson and Luther thing going on. It could be gross if they were anything like Allison and Luther.
Silly me, I forgot to present myself. I'm Venus, or number 5. That's how I'm known by the media. Mom doesn't like us getting way too exposed to the media. That's why she gave us numbers. My powers are seeing the future and teleporting through portals.
"Venus, can you take us to the bank? It's where the crime is happening." Mom told me
"Okay." I answered and opened a portal, so all of us could pass.
My mother is no other than Demitra Laurier, the Demitra Laurier. Former model and billionaire. She was the girl in the 60s. Sadly enough, she retired.
As we were already in the bank, a few burglars came to Aries, and he gave them a little smirk.
"Why are you smiling, kid?" A burglar asked Aries, pointing his gun to Aries' head.
"Because I'm not here." Aries answered. When he says something between between those lines, he's hypnotising someone. I saw the burglars' eyes go white. He probably saw Aries disappear.
Aries went behind him and tied his arms.
I saw Hera throw a bunch of thorns at another burglar while Jupiter held him in the air.
Let's say that my powers are kind of useless, I'm just used as a transport. I would be useless if I wasn't the best fighter.
I punched a burglar that tried to attack me and tackled him to the ground.
As the fight scene ended with the police taking them and we were seen as heroes.
We are heroes.
We are a competition to The Umbrella Academy. Let's say we are a more stable and healthy version of them. For some reason, mom hates Reginald's guts. I swear she would kill him.
I kinda think it's weird. I'm not defending him, but apparently, she never spoke a word to him in her life, so there's no reason to hate him.
I opened a portal to go back home.
Jupiter and Aries were with a few bruises, nothing much, so Andromeda healed them instantly.
Let's run around with a family presentation.
1. Jupiter- leader, OBSESSED with Ayla, he has telekinesis
2. Ayla- that gir is fire, literally. She has a thing with Jupiter, and she controls fire.
3. Andromeda-healer. I swear that girl is soooo sweet, I call her Candy
4. Apollo-Ayla's twin. I swear, my guy literally LIVES in Ayla's shadow, kinda feel sorry for him. He controls electricity
5. Venus- Me, of course. I'm Jupiter's twin, not to brag, but I obviously got the brains and the looks. You already know me and my powers
6. Hera- I literally love her. She's one of my favorite siblings (if not my favorite). She controls the earth.
7. Aries-he's literally the God of Chaos. He loves fights and chaos, but he's a big softie. He's my best friend, and his power is hypnotising.
We were all adopted on the same day. My mom said that she thought of us as extraordinary people, and that's why she adopted us.
My mom is a cutie. She might seem scary with her thick mixed russian and french accent or her intimidating stare, but for us, her soft blue eyes are conforting. I wouldn't trade her for anything in this world.
"Kids, dinner's ready." Mother called us.
I sat in between Hera and Andromeda as always.
"Esmé, you did great fighting with those guys." Andromeda said to Hera. That's how we call her at home because of her big emerald eyes.
"Yes, I think your power is like, really cool." I added.
I saw Hera smile. "Thank you." She said
Across the table, I could see Jupiter and Ayla having some aggressive eye contact.
"Can you guys please do that somewhere else? We're eating, and that's gross." Aries said, making a grossed out face.
"Aries!" Mom scolded him
"What? They're grossing me out. I think I'll throw up. " Aries answered.
I started giggling. (That's so Aries) I thought to myself.
