My eyes opening slowly I looked ahead of me to see a tall yet nice looking women standing in front of me, her skin tight dress covered in roses the color of blood. Looking up at her my eyes widened as I quickly turned my head to see my mother standing next to to me. "I brought her, so give me the money I earned!" She yelled as she pointed at me while hitting her other hand against her chest in defense. "Mom..where..where am I!" I went to get up only to get pushed back down by the women in front of me. Looking back I saw my hands were tied and my feet were also tied, I couldn't move or run away, waves of fear and worry rushed through my body.

Gulping I looked around the room I was in hoping there would be any sign of where I was. But it just looked like an empty warehouse.

"I said give me my money right fucking now goddamnit! I have debts to pay!" My mothers voice rose higher, looking past her I heard the warehouse door open, a large man with pitch black hair walked in, I looked in awe at his figure as he walked closer to the intimidating women. "Who do you think you are to disrespect my mother?" His voice was deep and low, with a hint of aggression.

I flinched in fear at the scene playing out before me, he grabbed my mother's hair in a fistful and threw her to the ground causing her to shriek in pain. "Mom! What are you doing to her!" I yelled, tears falling down my cheeks, "shut up now sweetie, he's in a bad mood.." looking over to see the women pull something out of her bra. My eyes widened in fear at the small needle leaking a red liquid. "Just relax..it'll all be over soon my sweet." Before I could speak I felt a large pain in my shoulder, the bitch knocked me out.

"Mom?" I peaked my head from around the corner and watched carefully, my mother had another man in her room. I should be used to this, but the fear of random men in my home always terrified me. I sighed softly as I grabbed my bag and rushed out of the house. Pulling out my phone I frowned when I saw no messages. Another day of us no contact, I know break ups mean you can't keep texting each other. But it still hurt knowing he didn't even bother to reach out to me. Stuffing my phone in my hoodie pocket I stood at my bus stop and waited for the bus.

For some reason I had a terrible feeling in my stomach. I felt sick, I felt as if something terrible would happen. As the bus came to a stop I watched a large man with black hair step onto the bus. He had a scar on his lip and he had a baggy hoodie on, though it still looked like it fit him well. I quickly looked away as I accidentally made eye contact with him. Sighing trying to recover from the embarrassment I looked out the window and waited before my stop came.

Getting off the bus I looked back to see the same man staring at me through his window. I watched the bus leave before I walked away.

I was deep in my thoughts as I walked to the grocery store, my mom always made me run errands for her instead of her doing it herself. Walking into the store I looked through the groceries and grabbed what I needed. Humming to myself looking at vegetables I noticed in the corner of my eye a man watching me. Looking up towards his direction he walked away leaving me confused. "What a weirdo!" I huffed before heading to the check out line.

I sighed as I finally made it back home. Dropping the groceries on the table I watched my mom come in the room holding a drink. "Did that man leave?" I asked as she set the drink in front of me. "Yes he did, your voice sounded raspy and sickly earlier, so I made you this drink to help. I don't need you being sick it'll only cause trouble for my life." I looked down at the drink and nodded. She only cared to help when she knew it would benefit her.

Sitting down I took a couple sips of the drink and let out a soft breath. It was warm and milky. She always knew how I liked my tea. A couple minutes after I finished my drink I got up to go to my room, all of a sudden I felt weird, my vision was getting blurry and the world kept spinning. Taking a couple steps forward I saw my mom coming towards me in the corner of my eye, she had a large smile plastered on her face. I put my hand on my head, it was pounding and my my eyes were getting droopy.
"Mom..?" I mumbled out before I fell on the floor, unconscious.
