Next 48 hours were so crucial, Those hours were a maelstrom of emotions, a whirlpool that sucked everything under and refused to let go.
Shamairah sawing mishfa, felt like..

"I was trapped in a never-ending cycle of intensity, my best friend's lives hanging precariously in the balance."

Shamairah's desperation and guilt swirled around, a palpable force that threatened to consume me whole. I felt her anguish as she watched Mishfa's heart rate drop, her helplessness as she tried to will her bestie back to consciousness.

And then, there was Mishfa's silence. Oh, the agony of her silence! Her stillness was a heavy blanket that suffocated everyone, making it hard to breathe. I felt like she was drowning in her coma, unable to escape the darkness that had claimed her.

Those 48 hours were a crucible, a trial by fire that tested my limits.. But even in the midst of the chaos, there was its bitter end. For in the darkness, there was a glimmer of hope, a chance for redemption and forgiveness. And I had to see it through, no matter how tough it got.

As Mishfa's heart rate continued to drop, her body began to shut down. Her eyes fluttered closed, and her breathing slowed. Shamairah watched in horror as her rival's body went limp, her face pale and still.

The doctors rushed in, their faces grave with concern. They surrounded Mishfa's bed, their machines beeping wildly as they tried to revive her.

But it was too late. Mishfa's heart rate had dropped to a critical level, and her brain was no longer receiving enough oxygen.

The doctors exchanged worried glances before turning to Shamairah.
"I'm afraid she's slipped into a coma," one of them said gently.

Shamairah felt like she'd been punched in the gut. She couldn't believe what was happening. Mishfa, her rival, her nemesis, was lying motionless in front of her.

The doctors continued to work, trying to stabilize Mishfa's vitals. But as the hours ticked by, it became clear that she was in a deep coma.

The hospital room was filled with the steady beep of machines, the only sound in the silence. Shamairah sat by Mishfa's bedside, her mind racing with thoughts.

What had happened? How had it come to this?

As the days passed, Shamairah became a constant presence by Mishfa's side. She watched as her rival's body lay still, her heart rate steady but low.

The doctors came and went, their faces somber. "We don't know when she'll wake up," they said. "Or if she'll wake up at all."

Shamairah felt a pang of guilt. Had she pushed Mishfa too far? Had her rivalry caused this?

As the hours turned into days, and the days turned into weeks, Shamairah began to realize that she had underestimated Mishfa. She had thought her rival was just a foe, but now she saw her as a person, a human being who was fighting for her life.
