EuropaGuard 1: "Move! Move! Unknow identified vehicle is approaching the dock!"
EuropaGuard 2: "Get your ass up and keep moving to your position!"
EuropaGuard 3: "Aye cap! Coming!"
EuropaGuard 4: "Unidentified are approaching from North-East!"
The troops and guards hurried quickly to take up their defensive positions along the dock, and their sounds resounded in the chilly air. People didn't seem to know where the dock was exactly, which made for an interesting situation. Not even the locals, who had been occupied by these military forces for a long time, knew where it was.
As the night wore on, the rumble of more and more Humvees punctuated the stillness of the snowy landscape, their headlights slicing through the darkness as they approached the base.
The guards were unfazed by the bitter wind that blasted around them. Every soldier had their senses ready and was prepared to react to any unexpected situation. With haste, they aimed their searchlights at the oncoming cars, their beams from watch tower piercing the darkness and illuminating the distance with a glaring intensity that betrayed both caution and prepared for combat.

The Humvee convoy move through the snow, approaching the dock.
They undertand that they were spotted, but remained calm and continue moving. Going closer to the dock checkpoint, they get halted by the guards of these "Europa Coaliation". To them, these people are strange, of course. No feature of any race in Terra, must be somewhat like the Doctor - some of them thought to themselves. As the guard shine there flashlight into the car, they could see they are people with animal feature, just like the villager. These Humvees have a Rook symbol and the words "Rhodes Island" on them.
???: "State your Identity and reason to this area. Now.
Ace: "I am Ace, and we are representative of Rhodes Island to make contact with you."
The man said, behind him is Amiya and the Doctor. Amiya is trying to remember anything they said and the place while the Doctor is suprised because of there technology and architecture. These building look... old and basic compared to many Terra City. And most suprisingly, the base is non-mobile, that mean the base can not move in any circumstances. And most important, there faction just appeared out of thin air.
???: "Rhodes Island representative huh..? Open the gate, get them to Site-2 while i contact with the director."

Well, he is promoted to the head of this dock.
John: "Hello, im John. The Leader of this Dock. So, i have heard you are representative of this... Rhodes Island. Well then, how could i help you?"
Amiya: "Well, we are here to make contact also want to cooperate with you on medicals research. We've heard you have a kind of medicine that can temporary cure Originium."
John: "Ah, you mean radtoxin? I have heard from the villager about these Originium and have them compared to radiation... Well, they are kind of similar."
And Both side talk about these kind of thing, y'know. And both of them come to an agreement.

Back at Rhodes Island, many operators are looking at the screen of there own phone/computer, a new headline about "Rhodes island cooperate with unknow faction", "New faction - Europa Coaliation revealled themselves to the world!?", many new headlines only surround this action of Rhodes Island. Some new paper asked for the agreement and agreed by Rhodes island. Of course, Radtoxin is not common, and Rhodes Island need to pay a ton of money for each package (about 10 radtoxins)
