Chapter 3: Tennis And Racing Competition

Another day in Tokyo-To where the GGS are out causing trouble as usual, Captain Onishima the officers and the SWAT team weren't putting up with their shit DJ Professor K announced an upcoming competition in the turf for only Beat and Gum. After he announced the tennis competition Gum knew she is ready for this she knew the day was gonna come and Beat was the same way. You ready to lose Gum? Beat questioned her with the smirk on his face knowing he is gonna win this game. Gum glanced at him. Me losing?! HA dream on loser I'll make sure you'll lose! Bring it on, we'll see who's gonna win this match! I don't want your pity, I wanna win! After they both got their tennis rackets they head off to the tennis course everyone swarmed and stood there watching the whole game the SWAT team and the cops are there watching too DJ Professor K started to play Fly Like A Butterfly during the whole 10 hour match while Piranha and Tab were standing there watching their leader and co-leader play. As the 10 hours passed Beat manage to win against her. So you got lucky, big deal! Gum was so angry that she couldn't believe that she lost against him. Beat showed off his victory dance while smiling, Sugar Professor K and Corn had no idea that competition was that intense Beat with his graffiti star power and Gum with her police star power was too much for them to see. Beat was hyped that he won he kept rubbing it in her face to show how much of a loser she was after that match showing off the trophy cup was definitely another way to piss her off. The DJ was impressed by their skills and way of playing, Sugar and Corn felt the same way too. We're proud of the both of you, but you don't need to get mad Gum it's all in good fun. Sugar hugged her, Tab and Beat joined in too to calm her down. I hate losing and I understand he does too, we both enjoy winning but we can't win everything we play in it's like racing we can't win all the time. Everyone agreed, they knew she made a valid point on it there will be another competition tomorrow everyone went to sleep drifted off into their dreams, Gum was the only one that stood up the whole night talking to Pots. As the sun rose up it hit Pots straight in the face the bright beam woke him up, as soon as he got up he yawned stretched and walked on top of Gum, he licked her face to get her up and started to bark. While they both did what they had to do everyone else got up Soda sleeps like a dead person in a coffin dug deep in the ground of the graveyard everyone kept trying to wake his ass up but he didn't hear him. You're either acting like you're not hearing us or you're just ignoring everyone including me. Mew wasn't happy and neither were the others. Combo looked over and command him. After Slate said that Pots got so pissed off at him he bit him in the ass for it, Mew and Cube saw that coming the others didn't know what just happen they were too busy fixing themselves up some breakfast and getting ready for the upcoming competition the DJ is gonna announce. Slate replied to the girls that he didn't know that he was like Gum and the rest of the GGS in the group, he looked over and spoken to him he petted him and apologized he forgave him but he doesn't want anymore of anyone's bullshit everyone agreed including him the 4 of them went into the kitchen and grab themselves a bite to eat Sugar asked what was going on? After Pots explained it Gum helped translate what he is saying everyone wasn't surprised on it, it'll teach Slate not to fuck with that little dog like that again. The DJ came out and announced about the upcoming racing competition but this time the whole team of the GGS are racing against each other. The queen of Jet Set Radio asked the DJ about her and rock star Samantha about skates they don't have any yet. As Queen Disco Jet Set forgot that she had some she put them on and tried them out by skating back and forth from the hallway to the front room of the garage Samantha knows how to skate but she didn't bring her's from Indianapolis due to her's being old and torn up. Leader Beat, do you know if you have any roller skates for me to have? She explained to him why and he thought for a second. I'll see what I can do. Everyone started chatting about the compilation while Beat was helping Sam find the right ones that'll fit her personality style and color. Thank you, you're a big help! She smiled before putting them on. It's no trouble at all Samantha, we're family we stick together like glue on paper. She hugged him after she put them on, he hugged her back didn't think that she was ever gonna do it to him since everyone else hugs him. Beat didn't know what to say the bright words coming from someone else besides just the others repeating it made him happy, she is happy to be apart of them to be one of them and to apart of their family. She came over and stared a group hug with the others they didn't know what to say the sweet words and the hug they didn't know Samantha was all touchy touchy and all warm and sweet. Tab looked over at her falling in love his heart skipped 7 beats in a row everyone looked at him like he was a total stranger to him. If you love her so much, just talk to her and ask her out explain your feelings to her open your her eyes and make her see the person you are being precocious about it. Tab skated over to her while everyone was watching Cube was waiting like she didn't want it to be all day sometimes she's impatient. Samantha heard a lot from him about how he feels about her, she opened up to him and ended up going for the kill too Tab didn't know what to expect the others of the GGS were impressed on what they saw and what they heard they started their date which will be tomorrow but this was random and this just happened before the DJ came out and started the announcement about the upcoming competition today that starts at 5 PM. It's already 4:00 in the evening. Is there anything you wanna do? Everyone looked at their fellow leader and co-leader then back down and started to think for a moment. Besides skating and spraying there's nothing else to do. Everyone stared at Combo and they like the idea, everyone went for it even the pup knew what he was wanted to do his whole life after Gum adopted him. GET THEM, THEY AREN'T GONNA ESCAPE! Captain Onishima yelled the command to the SWAT team and officers they all were chasing after them and ended up escaping from them. Bring it on Captain Onishima! Who's the better criminal now? As much confidence that Beat and the others have ways to piss them off, one by one they were ready to escape from those rivals. After the race was over Gum won this one Beat came in second place, everyone cheered and applaud to her the citizens of Tokyo-To went crazy. Jee you can at least try to win. Gum waved and smiled after the competition ended the GGS were impressed on how it turned out with the tennis match that Beat won and the race that Gum just won both amazing people has their wins they are happy for each other the same way that Corn and everyone else was too now with that being said, things just got better for the criminals of Tokyo-To Japan.
