"Maybe..." Xingchen said while tighten his tie.

"Don't ignore me"

"I'm not" he opened the door and left.

"Is he really doesn't like me or just pretending..?" Xue yang thought while looking at xingchen who is get into the car.

10 Years ago...

"Hey kid... want some candy..?" Some random guy asked Xue yang After noticing that he stare at the candy shop by the street for long.

"Y-yeah..." his eyes lit up and he smiled.

"Ok then. You have to do me a favor"

"Sure..."

"Do you see that guy over there..?"

"Mm-yeah..."

"If you give this to him I would give you whole plate of candy"

"REALLY...? OK"
Xue yang get that letter and walk toward the person that random guy pointed at...

"Hey this is for you..." Xue yang gave that letter to him and smiled lightly...

"W-what? who told you to give this to me?"
He crumpled the letter in his hand and asked.

"T-that person over-" he looked there. but that guy already gone.

"YOU LITTLE BRAT. HOW DARE YOU..."
He yelled at little xue yang and start to beat him roughly.
10 Year old xue yang cried out loud but no one cares because he is some random homeless kid. Now xue yang is all beaten up blood falling down from his nose. He was scared but he get up and start heading toward the candy shop by the street. At least he have his "whole plate of candies" right?

But when he asked for candy, shop owner hit him and push him to the ground. He cried. Somehow he saw the man who told him earlier to give him candy if he do him a favor. So he smiled while wipe his tears with his hand.

"Hey... You told me that you give me candies if I pass that letter right. Can I have them now please?"

"What candy are you talking about?"

"But you promised." A new drop of tear falling from his eyes as he grab that person's hand and pull it. "Please..."

"DON'T TOUCH ME YOU DIRTY BRAT" he yelled at little Xue yang and push him to the ground. Little Xue yang tried to get up but that person's vehicle wheels runs by his little hand. He screamed in pain, Cried out loud. his little pinky finger choped and there was no pinky finger anymore. He runs and hide in the corner of outside a shop.

He was scared. He tried to stop bleeding from some dirty cloth he found by the street. He wrapped it around his hand. He is shaking. His whole body coverd in blood from his hand. He is hungry and cold. He felt his eye lids are heavy.After a little bit He pass out there.

"We had to remove his finger. Other than that he is fine. you can take him after he woke up..."

"Thank you doctor..."

Xue yang heard some voices beside him. He tried to open his eyes but they feel heavy...
