They each have their motivations for embarking on this union, yet they find it unbearable to be in the same room together.
This remains the status quo until the moment arrives when he begins to harbour romantic feelings for her, prompting them to reconsider the potential of their marital bond and decide to take a chance on it.
Until a sudden turn of events unfolds, all appears to be going favourably. Then, unexpectedly, she puts her signature on the divorce papers.
