Kenny x Butters
this oneshot is based off the episode where butters was 'diagnosed' with multiple personality disorder (season 15 episode 6)

Butters sat nervously in the waiting room of the South Park Hospital, swinging his legs back and forth. His parents, Stephen and Linda Stotch, sat beside him, looking more worried than usual. Stephen tapped his foot impatiently, while Linda kept glancing at Butters with concern. The harsh fluorescent lights above cast a sterile, almost surreal glow on the room's white walls.

"Butters, honey, are you feeling okay?" Linda asked, her voice trembling slightly.

Butters looked up at his mother, his wide blue eyes filled with confusion. "Yeah, Mom, I'm fine. I just don't know why we're here. I didn't do nothing wrong, I swear!"

"It's not about doing something wrong, Butters," Stephen interjected, trying to keep his voice calm but failing. "It's about finding out what's wrong with you."

Linda patted Stephen's arm, trying to soothe him. "Stephen, please. Let's not jump to conclusions. We just want to make sure everything is okay, sweetie." she said, turning back to Butters.

Butters gulped and looked around the room. He saw other kids there with their parents, some coughing, some with arms in slings. He wished he could just go home and play with his toys or watch cartoons. He had no idea why his parents were acting so weird.

Just then, a door opened, and a man in a white coat stepped out. He had a friendly, almost overly enthusiastic smile on his face, and his eyes darted around the room before landing on the Stotch family.

"Mr and Mrs Stotch? I'm Dr Janus." he said, extending his hand. Stephen and Linda shook it eagerly. "And this must be little Butters!"

Butters smiled shyly and waved. "Hi, Doctor."

"Why don't you come on in, Butters?" Dr Janus said, gesturing to the open door. "We're just going to have a little chat."

Butters hesitated, but Linda nudged him gently. "Go on, sweetie. We'll be right here."

Reluctantly, Butters followed Dr Janus into his office. The room was cozy, with shelves lined with books and a small desk in the corner. Dr Janus gestured to a chair, and Butters sat down.

"So, Butters, how are you feeling today?" Dr Janus asked, sitting down across from him.

"I'm okay, I guess.." Butters replied, fidgeting with his hands. "I just don't know why my parents brought me here. I didn't do anything bad."

Dr Janus nodded sympathetically. "Oh, I'm sure you didn't, Butters. Your parents just told me you've been getting into a lot of trouble lately, and they're concerned. They love you very much and want to make sure you're okay."

Butters nodded. "I know. I love them too. I just don't understand why this keeps happening. I try to be good, honest."

Dr Janus smiled warmly. "I believe you, Butters. But sometimes, when kids get into trouble a lot, it can be a sign that something else is going on. And that's okay. It's my job to figure out what that is."

Butters looked at him, confused. "Something else? Like what?"

Dr Janus leaned forward, his expression serious now. "Well, Butters, after talking with you and hearing what your parents have told me, I think you might have something called multiple personality disorder. It's when a person has different parts of themselves that sometimes take control, and those parts can behave differently."

Butters' eyes widened with recognition. "Oh! You mean like when I'm Professor Chaos?"

Dr Janus raised an eyebrow. "Professor Chaos?"
