Kanika's pov
After the dreadful night full of pain the birds were chirping, sunlight was coming on my face ...
I quickly got from my bed with the help of adwitiya...
And went down stairs slowly slowly...
My parents asked me ?
Ab kaha gir gyi ?( Where did you fall now )
Before I could replied ... Adwitiya whispers that ""uske pyaar mein ""!!
I glared at her and she became silent and then I replied that from the bed while sleeping
Later you don't want to know that I got a tough scolding from my parents and ""kami pad rhi thi toh mera bhai bhi aag mein ghee daalne aagya !! "" By saying yes mom I agreed she is a still a kid blahh blahh
I ignored his words and went to kitchen to have breakfast..as I was feeling hungry and surprisingly my favourite dish was there which was none other than pastaaa !!
I ate the bowl in 10 mins and went to my room to get change into top and jeans because I have to leave for hospital
As I went in my room  and suddenly a message popped up on my screen which was from my akshat!, uff sounds good good Naa ?!

Lily ,don't come to hospital today as you are injured...stay at home and spend time with your family and please eat the medicine on time

Akshat's pov
I woke up with a very good sleep and ofcourse my dark circles went away as I was thinking of my lily before sleeping!! She is lucky for me ....
Soon I got ready and went for breakfast...during breakfast my cousins were teasing siya about Aaransh as no elders were at home ...
They had went to temple for blessing and WEDDING INVITATION OF #SARANSH

First I remembered that lily is injured so I dropped her a message to not come to hospital today....she replied with my words ..saying okay sir !your order must be taken
Haha interesting! Meri billi mujhe se meow ...I said and start laughing
My cousins were looking at me like I had killed someone

I was embarrassed so I said eat you breakfast and go to work!!

I asked siya what is your love story with Aaransh !?
She said bhai do you remember I went away for a month last year to Australia?!
I said yess you went there because of some patients health ..right ?
Yes bhai and that patient was none other than AARANSH!!

Siya 's pov
My brother asked me what is my love story with Aaransh?
I told him that I went to Australia you remember to check on patient health ?that person was Aaransh
When I reached there and found that he is very critical and need an surgery right now and you know what there were only 10 % of his success rate

I was quite nervous but I after all I am doctor so I did his surgery and was successful...he woke up after 2 days and start saying that why he is here ?! Blah blah
I calm him down told him that you were brutally injured in accident and someone brought you here and called me from india to come to Australia sir !!
Then we exchange each other name and numbers

And I went to meet him everyday with my hand cooked food to feed him as he did not want to let his family  know about his condition
Soon we build a bond and we were on our plane to India he proposed me  while satting on his knees
by saying pls siya be my girlfriend?
You took care of me when no one was there ?.you took care of me when I was a stranger to you? You stayed awake till I got to sleep ??.I realised that some people are bound to meet in this world ?.so here I am ?
I was emotional and said yess and he hugged me ....so this is our love story !!!

And now you will be thinking so why this is called as arrange  love marriage because you know dadaji and dadi ji has said that no girl can has a love marriage in this house , due to some rituals,so thus we need to plan a script to tell that this is an arrange marriage!!
