Hatred and desire with a dish of love and loathing

Chapter 1

         The night was quite few cars roaring past as traffic lights turn red to green, the wind blew softly in the midnight air as crickets chirped there songs softly,the moon came out from behind the reddish clouds. 

The slience was broken by the sound of an explosion as an erry red glow casted into the sky sage heard the noise.It was comeing from her block. 

 Sage bolted down the street to see her whole neighborhood was engolfed in flames. but her house,her house was untouched. People were running, screameing  and even crying. People were helping others out of there homes while others ran as the red flames casted its glow into the night sky.sage ran towards what ever or whome ever caused it. she ran to a hault to see a guy ithw blueish gray hair,tall with dark icy blue eyes that reminded her of ice .

         he had a gasoilione jug in his right hand and in his left a white rose. Sages amber eyes setteled on his cold icy gaze.he noticed her and a small smirk tugging the corners of his lips,he walked over to her it felt as if time slowed down as the red flames burned behind him it felt like a goddamn action movie.

 Tears rolled down her face as the red fire engolfed her whole neighborhood. he stood infront of her his tall frame towering over her. he smirked and spoke in a low sultry tone; 'Why the long face?" that smirk tugging the corners of his lips once more. he wiped away Sage's tears with his thumb his touch rough yet gental in a way. sage dropped to her knees seeing the bloody red flames take everything she had ever know. Tears were streameing down her face. "such a shame isnt it?" He walked around her playing with the white rose between  his fingers.

 "such a shame ,it was such a beautiful neighborhood to" "and you, such a beautiful woman crying it just breakes my heart" he chuckeled. 

He lifted sages chin up foreing her to look at him. he saw her amber eyes filled with tears he smirked and chuckeled letting out a small sigh "such a shame." sages breath beacame ragged seeing evrything she had ever known for years burned in a matter of miniutes. 

"why..." she said her voice  horese. he turned his head "hm?" "why...why do this ,you've burned down evrything i have ever known why!" he chuckeled at her question. he kneeld down and whispered in her ear his voice a low growel because i love to watch peopel suffer" he chuckeled. "who....who even are you!" sage exclaimed her breath shakey. "oh me sweetheart? I'm Zack and who would you be?" "....im sage..." "sage" Zack flicked the name around his mouth. "sage....i like it it suits you." "why did you do this out of every neighborhood you have to burn down this one!" he chuckeled "oh your a fiesty one i like that" zack leaned into her ear. "because when i first saw you i knew i had  to make you suffer". he whispered his lips lingering on her,ear ,after he nipped her ear ."makeing you suffer is the bestthing i could ever do." 

          Tears  were still rolling down her face as she spoke: "iv already suffered" zack looked at her his brows frorrowd "what?" 

"I said iv already suffered  more than you could ever know" Zack looked dumfounded for a momment but regained his composure. "even if you have suffered i will make your life a liveing hell". "try if you will but you'll never win" Zack scoffed "yeah righthe grabed sage's chin Once more,more rough and firm "Look at me! i will make your life hell just you wait.He let go of her chin and walked away.sage turned around zack looked back and smirked his dark icy gaze sent a shiver down her spine. he continued to  walk away from the rageing red fire that was her neighborhood.
