Present day
Kat's pov

I started to walk around, these monsters are going to be the death of me. Literally. I looked almost everywhere in the school trying to kill the people that are infected. 'Is that everyone, did Marci get them all trapped already?'

I heard a noise behind me. I quickly turned my head, It was that girl. I didn't know for sure that all of the monster things were gone so I was scared for her. She stood there looking at me. I started to get creeped out. Ciara was her name, she looked so soulless. "What are you doing, hide God damnit."

Ciara just stood there. Once she pointed above me I turned. "MARCI??" Marci stared down at me before giving me a hug. She was super tall. 'Why did the other girl, Ciara point at her though?' I turned back at Ciara and she was crying. I was so confused. Why was she crying and everything is so off about her.

Marci waved her hand in front of Ciara. "What the fuck is happening.." I said scratching my head. Marci probably didn't hear me, but Ciara did because she looked at me while she was hugging Marci back. She was sobbing. Marci turned, "This is my sister, Ciara." Marci said to me, I guess she did hear me.

Everything was still confusing though. Marci stared into my eyes before saying, "I think all of those sewer rats are gone out of the school." Marci turned back at Ciara comforting her. Marci always told me if there was an apocalypse there would be two things. One, she would always have a plan. And two, she will call the apocalypse things sewer rats.

"I can't find Sadie, and Im scared. I don't know what is happening and I-" Ciara was saying to Marci before I ran up to her and put my hand over her mouth. "Be quiet, I don't know if they are all gone an-" I said before someone screamed, cutting me off. Marci, Marci's sister and I all ran to the screaming.

It was this Red haired girl. She was crying while holding this other girl in the stall with very short black and curly hair. It was the big stall.

"Shit, Sadie.. i-is that-" Ciara said holding her hand over her mouth. That's Sadie? She's pretty.

A strand of Sadie's hair was in her face as she looked up at Ciara. "I saw it happen." She mumbled as she cried her eyes out. I couldn't believe this was happening. I was so confused. "She's gone. I'm sorry." I said.

"Are you okay?"

I know this is a really short part but my ideas for this are dying off lol. I am working on something different right now.(I cant stay to one story EVER) but thank goodness I am finally publishing this. I've had it ready to publish for like forever so here you all go. Love you guys!
