Flashback 3: Alcohol is Flammable, Right?

[Narrator]

It was a cold, crisp night on September 5th, 2000. The local time in the state of Arkansas was 11:03 PM. Tumbler was intoxicated and took the bus home after a party. She opens the door to what she thinks is her apartment, only to find Wheel, watching television on his bed.

[Tumbler]

Why the hell is he in my apartment? Did the bastard somehow get a copy of my key? I kindly ask him to get out of my room, but this dummy says that I have the wrong room! This is outrageous! What is he? Drunk?

[Wheel]

Damn this woman is crazy... Even in high school she was going around doing odd shit, like sleeping with guys once or twice a month. I think one time she even got with the principal. Whatever. That's not the point. She's clearly drunk. I tried to correct her, but she threatened to burn my room down. Now, that sounds stupid, especially considering you think this is your own room. And she's somehow in college...! How ironic. I step away, trying to negotiate, as any sane person would. I'm not trying to get killed! She takes out her perfume and a lighter. It's not until it's too late for me to realize what she was doing. She lit the lighter, and sprayed her lavender scented perfume behind, creating a large amount of flames. The smell was outrageous. The lavender smell mixed with smoke and ash practically knocked out my nose. I got burnt on my right cheek. I screamed in pain as I quickly ran onto the window and jumped out. What else was one to do? I could've died. As I hit the ground, I injured my back pretty badly. That damn bastard better get some jail time.

[Narrator]

Wheel went to the doctor's office a day later, and found out he needed a cane, so he could walk normally. He also had a permanent burn mark on his cheek. Tumbler got sentenced 10 years for arson, and had to pay a small fine for underage drinking. Her parents both paid the fine and bailed her out of jail. Wheel bought a black and gold cane, and that was when he started to plan everything.
