"Everything's fine" She said, but she wasn't, is not like people will notice if she didn't show it. It was easier, it is easier to believe such a lie "no one cares" is easier believing that, than looking for someone who actually cares, because it does matter and should matter, how we feel.
We all deserve to be heard, it's okay to be "private" but make sure not to build borders or fences, do not deny yourself the right to be heard, taken care of, listened and loved. Do not deny yourself the right to be vulnerable.
It doesn't matter if you think it's irrelevant, because talking about it makes it important, interesting to say the least, and it heals, talking about it heals.
