Starting at the hour hand on the clock for the last fifteen minutes I mentally sigh.
I'm currently in Advanced Maths class, my teacher is yapping nonstop about this topic, I understand it so I still don't see the need of her giving us a whole lecture.
Opening my jansport backpack I packed my bags ready to leave this boring classroom.
Can you believe that the lady is still speaking?
She need to hurry up because my patience is running really low as we speak.
Upon hearing the bell I quickly grab my bag and my tumbler and briskly walk out of my classroom. I move in the direction of the parking lot, I spotted my dad leaning against his BMW X6.

I walked over to him and gave him a hug, pulling away I could smell his Louis Vuitton cologne that he always wear. That man never runs out of it, if he does he takes the first flight to Los Angeles to get it back.
He takes my bag and moves to the back door opens it and places it in. Now we are both seated in the car as the cool Air Conditioner blows the hot day away.
Whew!
He turns the aux off to speak. "How was your day Ms.Collins". His rough voice booms through the car sending a chill through my body.
I love him but I'm very afraid of him so I don't give much trouble. Giving him a smile I nod.
"It was good apart from the fact that it dragged by sooo slow, I couldn't wait for it to end." He laughed in response.
Driving out of my school complex we continue our conversation about each other's day bearing laughs hear and there. As we pull into the Popeyes drive thru near Devon house I smiled.
He knows me so well, after a good day I want some Popeyes to make that day great.
He realized that I'm smiling he laughed, " aye yuh love yuh belly inuh little girl". I continue smiling as we pull up to the speaker.
He gives my order and now we are collecting the food. I take my food bag and place it at my feet, bringing the cup to my lips I take a big sip as the stings of the Pepsi ran through my mouth.
As I say, is a really nice drink when yuh gwap it down.
