Ep 8: The New Cats in Town[Part 3]

The very next day, Trolls of all Trollstopia gathered at Volcano Rock City in a ballroom to celebrate King Thrash’s birthday, and everyone’s having a good time.
Barb is escorting Thrash all over the party.
“Wow, everyone came to my birthday party. I never thought people are really into my special day,” said Thrash.
“When it comes to parties, all of the trolls can resist celebrating a royal's birthday, Dad. I wish I had that gold electric guitar for your birthday gift,” said Barb.
“It’s ok, Barbara. You being here with me is enough to be a great birthday present.”
“Thanks, Dad.”
The two go over to the buffet table to find the Star Sisters, King Peppy, and the Funk Royal Family there.
When they saw Barb and Thrash, they shouted, “Happy Birthday, King Thrash!”
“Thank you all for coming to my birthday bash,” said King Thrash.
“It’s least we can do for the eldest troll in Trollstopia,” said King Quincy.
“How old are you going to be?” Cooper asks.
“Since King Peppy is the second eldest troll in Trollstopia, I’m turning 70 this year,” said King Thrash.
“Really? Congratulations,” said Queen Essence.
“Thrash, if you don’t mind me asking. What do you really want for your birthday?” said Poppy.
“Well, there are two things I wanted. I want to see my wife, one more time,” said King Thrash.
“Your wife? Oh, what happened to her?” Delta asks.
“My wife, Janis, saved Volcano Rock City from erupting and the lives of the Rock Troll. Barb was only one year old when her mother gave up her life to save us all.”
“Wow, she died as a hero. She sounds wonderful,” said Wani.
“She is indeed. Where do you think Barb got her laid-back and sarcastic persona from?”
“Oh, Dad. I wish I can see Mom too. I barely even knew her,” said Barb.
Once the Star Sisters and the Funk Royal Family gave Thrash and Barb a group hug in comfort, Baby Bun said, “oh, I wish there was a way for you both to see her again.”
“What about the second birthday gift you want, King Thrash?” said Gomdori, after the hug finished.
“Oh yeah. I want to see my grandbabies before I go,” said Thrash.
“Dad, I’m too young to get married,” said Barb, putting her arm around her Dad.
“But Barbara, you know I’m not going to live longer. I need to see them before I go join your mother.”
“That’s what old people wanted; seeing their grandchildren,” said Ari to Kim-Petit.
“Yeah, their lives will be complete if they spend time with their grandchildren,” she responds.
Then King Peppy said, “Thrash is right. When will I get grandkids, Poppy? That Branch looks like a suitable father.”
“Dad...I do want Branch to marry me, but it takes time,” said Poppy, blushing.
“You need to look for a husband too, Barb. Now, how about that Riff? He looks good enough for you as a husband and might be a great father,” said Thrash.
“Dad...Now, come to think of it, I haven't seen Riff during the party nor Branch,” said Barb.
“Now you mention that, Barb; their Chill Bros and the J-Pop Crew aren’t here either. Where could they be?” said Prince D.
When the Chill Bros(excluding Branch) arrived, Riff shouted to everyone, “everyone, we gotta get going! It’s a Code 484 situation!”
“Code 484?! What was stolen?” King Quincy yells.
“It’s the Strings! They’re gone!” Hickory shouts.
Then everyone panics for the 6 Main Strings being stolen until Trollex said, “stop!”
When everyone froze, then he said, “Come, everyone! We’ll show you!”

When everyone arrives at the White Tower of the Strings, the Trolls watch the Star Sisters, Funk Royal Family, and the Chill Bros(excluding Branch) inspect the tower.
“It’s no doubt. The Strings are stolen,” said Queen Essence.
Then the Trolls start to panic again, run in circles and cry in horror.
“Snack Pack, Dad, and Thrash, calm down everyone while we work,” said Poppy.
“Okay, Poppy flower. Let’s go, Snack Pack and Thrash,” said Peppy, leaving with the Snack Pack(excluding Cooper), Tiny Diamond, and King Thrash.
“You must go with them, senoritas,” said Tresillo, as his two senoritas help the Snack Pack, Peppy, and Thrash.
“I bet this has to do with the J-Pop Crew. They didn’t even show up to my Dad’s party,” said Barb.
“Just because they’re new to Trollstopia, doesn’t mean they’re bad news,” said Delta.
“I don't know about this, Delta. Look,” said Hickory, seeing beam spray on the floor surrounding the pedestal, cream piece of hair, a troll footprint, the wall clawed, and a troll-animal print.
“It’s just like what happened to the Swag Store,” said Trollex, picking up the hair.
“May I smell that piece of hair?” said Barb.
“Um...sure.”
After Barb smells the fur, she sneezes and then says, “Just as I thought, the only hair that can make me sneeze is from a cat.”
Trollzart took the hair and said, “now, that I look at it closely, this isn’t hair at all. It’s fur.”
“So, the J-Pop Crew were the thieves?” Wani said in shock.
“Aha! Branch, Hickory, and I were right! In your face,” said Barb.
“But how did they find out about the passcode to get in?” said Chaz.
“Si, si. Only the members of the Council of 10 and Branch knows it,” said Tresillo.
“Branch knows the passcode?” Riff asks.
“Sure, he does. He came up with the tower to guard the strings, build it, and made the passcode,” said Prince D.
“Speaking of Branch, where is he? I haven't seen him all day,” said Cooper.
“Wait, what’s this?” Poppy said while picking up a hug time bracelet and smelling it.
“Is that a hug time bracelet?” Baby Bun asks.
“It is. And it belongs to Branch. He never takes it off.”
“Of course! The J-Pop Gang must’ve kidnapped Branch, and forced him to type in the passcode to steal the strings,” said Hickory, as everyone leaves the tower.
“Branch could still be in their captivity! We got to save him!”
“Yeah, but how do we find the J-Pop to save him?” said Gomdori.
“Isn’t that them over there?” said Ari, pointing to the J-Pop Crew tiptoeing on their limbs with sacks on their backs.
When they turn around to see everyone looking at them, Rebecca says, “we’re spotted! Let’s run for it!”
When the J-Pop Crew ran off, Kim-Petit shouted, “after them!”
Soon then, the Star Sisters, Royal Funk Family, and Branch’s Chill Bros ran after them.
“Get back here, you outlaw felines! You’re getting a long stay in the stony lonesome!” Hickory shouted.
“You’ll never take us alive!” said Isabella before hissing.
The J-Pop then jumps into every tree to escape their chasers as Riff says, “they’re trying to escape! Trollex, Trollzart, and Chaz, don’t let them escape!”
“Roger that! We’ll distract them!” said Chaz, flies after them with Trollex and Trollzart.
“Release the gold! It’ll slow them!” said Sakura.
“What?! But we worked so hard to steal them!” said Ariana.
“Chillax, we got the source who managed to get them!”
When Branch pokes his gagged face out of the opening of the sack he’s in and carried by Rebecca, he muffled for Trollex, Trollzart, and Chaz to save him.
“Is that Branch in Rebecca’s sack?” Chaz shouted in shock.
“What?! That’s it! You give us back our Chill Bro, or you’ll be pound to a hairball!!!” Tresillo yelled after overhearing.
“It’s now or never if we’re going to lose them! Gold away!” Julia says, as she and her J-Pop sisters except Rebecca releasing their sack full of the gold swag onto Trollex, Trollzart, and Chaz.
“Uh oh,” said Trollex, seeing the gold swag coming.
“Look out!” Trollzart yells while flying away from the gold swag with Trollex.
“Oh, dear,” said Chaz, before the gold swag hits him.
When he falls on the ground with the gold swag, the J-Pop’s pursuers stop to look at him.
“The missing gold swag! They are thieves! And I was right about this, Branch’s kidnapping and the theft of the Strings! Right on!” said Barb, picking up the gold electric guitar.
“I hate ruining your moment! But the J-Pop Crew are getting away with Branch!” Poppy said while seeing the J-Pop Crew climbing up a tree with poor Branch.
“Not on my watch!” Riff said, taking out cymbals.
He throws them to hit the J-Pop Crew on the heads, which causes Rebecca to drop Branch.
“Branch!!!” Poppy shouted in fear as the others gasped in shock.
“Oops, should’ve thought that through,” said Riff.
But Cloud Guy floats by and catches Branch by surprise before he hits the ground.
“Does this mean we’re friends, blue boy?” Cloud Guy asks, as Branch annoyingly rolls his eyes.
But then the J-Pop Gang pounces on Cloud Guy, fights him in a fight cloud, and he drops Branch safely as he says, “yeehow! Get them off of me! Ouch! Those claws are sharp!”
Branch then muffle laughs of enjoying Cloud Guy getting attacked.
