Once The Rain is Over

Start Over

Somewhere in the village.

A certain young , pretty tall and red-hair girl was sitting on a big tree branch. She has a light purple-colored shirt with turtle neck, split in the middle of her navel covered with red colored strap around her mid abdomen. Her shoulders exposed and then covered her arms with black colored protecter. She was also wearing a short black pants. Her legs both dangling as she enjoy the view in front of her.  It was the peaceful Konohagakure also know as Leaf village. With the ability to sense chakra around her, she much appreciates that it warms her heart this few days staying there.

Sun shines to her pale face and the red-rimmed glasses. She took a few deep breath and took 'em off. "Guess I could no longer use you" . She spoke, referring to her glasses and hold it for a while before kept in her pocket. Her red eyes beautifully exposed without the glasses blocking. Vision was blurry and made her head spinning for a moment , reflex made her held one hand on the tree. ' could use to it later, maybe some contact lense' . She thought and planned to find it at some shop later.

Well, after the fourth Shinobi War, there were major changes in the Shinobi's life and the Leaf village itself. Teamwork and connection or collaboration so it says..have improved among nations. To protect all the new generations, they grew stronger and be always ready for the worse.

Everyone got their own life now with their partners except for a few . Would hope their life will continue to have peace.

Karin Uzumaki, who now stay in Konoha and in between will come and visit some old friends..Suigetsu Hozuki and Juugo in their old so called hideout with Orochimaru , who till now still running all types of experiments he's into. Trust that he will not turn into crazy maniac again. " Its been quite long I haven't visited them ..." She murmured.

Karin who just turned 19 years old yesterday , once in her life she was enlightened by the presence of her new friends and maybe one that called family. Naruto Uzumaki , he insist to protect her as his own family. Sakura Haruno, once save her life became her closest friend for now. As for the other kunoichi, Hinata Hyuuga , Tenten, and Ino Yamanaka, they were getting along very well and has gotten to know each other. She has gotten to know most of Naruto's friends too and she glad they were not as scary as she thought would be. Came from the mind of a girl who never had a chance to live among friends.

Except for one, a certain person who never came and appear to join the little events. Sasuke Uchiha. He was on long travel for his redemption and searching for any trails that can be signs of threats.

She didn't bother much about he didn't attend to her birthday. Just thought that he was not there together with them to share some moments. She wouldn't care.. so much. She shrugged it off.

KARIN POV

"Hahh~ " I let out my breath as I closed my eyes. " Can't get enough of the chakra around. Warm and calming " I talked to myself slowly but happily.

The people around me walking around the streets. Busy with own tasks. Enjoying the walk while searching for my contact lenses. It didn't took long enough as I saw shop and a girl attended me nicely.

Evening,

After I took a good shower, I wore my light purple colour pyjamas and dried my hair. " My hair has gotten longer now and I don't have plan to cut it yet" I said while fixing my hair , looking at the mirror it has reach to my lower back. Part my hair and tuck it behind my ear. As I reach for my comb from the table , a rectangle frame caught my attention. It was the picture of her, Suigetsu , Juugo and Sasuke Uchiha.
