Me and clock got invited to a picnic with some other random folks. Although I didn't really wanna go with him, I still wen since there was gonna be others there.
When I finally reached the spot for the picnic, nobody was there. Except for clock. He looked like he'd been waiting there for quite a while. As I was about to turn around and leave, he noticed me and called out my name.
"Winner!" He said gleefully.
"Winner, It's so nice to have a picnic with our friends! Do you actually know where they are? I've been sitting here for five minutes." He explained.
"No, I do not. That's why I'm going home." I replied.
"Oh. Why don't we spend some time together then?"
"No, I'm fine."
"Come on winner it'll probably be fun."
I thought for awhile. Maybe it could be fun. Maybe it wouldn't. But I think I could just give him one more chance before completely cutting him off. "Okay then, We'll hangout." He smiled excitingly at me and led to an arcade.
Surprisingly me and clock had a few in common. We talked about what foods we liked and what we hated and most of them were agreements! We also went bowling and ate many delicious foods together. But sadly, the sun began to set and it was time for us to part ways.
"Today was so fun! I can't believe time passed this fast!" I say, still laughing at a joke we made a few minutes ago."I know right! Maybe we can do this again tomorrow." He smiled. "I'll put it on my schedule." I smiled back.
We both said out goodbyes and went back to our homes. I was right. I really should've gave clock another chance.
