Chandler turned away from the Central Perk counter and did a little dorky dance. "So, Saturday night, the big night, date night, Saturday night, Sat-ur-day night!"

"No plans, huh?" Joey smirked as he caught Chandler's little dance routine.

"Not a one." Chandler said, trying to play it cool as he sat back down on a chair.

"Not even, say, breaking up with Janice?" Ross quipped, as he was sitting next to Joey. Phoebe was sitting on the floor in between them with Olivia who sat right next to her, listening intently to their conversation as Phoebe was French braiding her hair.

"Oh, right, right...shut up." Chandler replied, pointing his finger at him.

"Chandler, nobody likes breaking up with someone. You just gotta do it." Monica said, sitting on the armchair across from him.

"No, I know, but it's just so hard, you know? I mean, you're sitting there with her, she has no idea what's happening, and then you finally get up the courage to do it, and there's the horrible awkward moment when you've handed her the note." Chandler sighed dramatically, leaning back in his chair.

"Why do you have to break up with her? Be a man, just stop calling." Joey suggested, and Ross was agreeing with him.

"Yeah, like that's good advice..." Olivia muttered under her breath, watching her dad and his friends discuss something she found utterly boring—until the mention of Janice. She perked up, remembering her dislike for Chandler's girlfriend. Janice's loud laugh echoed in her memory from the few times she had met her, and she couldn't help but make a face.

"You know, if you want, I'll do it with you." Phoebe's head turned to Chandler, her voice filled with genuine concern.

"Oh, thanks, but I think she'd feel like we're gangin' up on her." Chandler replied with a wry smile, trying to downplay the gravity of the situation.

"No, I mean you break up with Janice and I'll break up with Tony." Phoebe clarified, referring to her own on-again, off-again relationship.

"Oh, you're breaking up with Tony?" Monica frowned with disappointment.

"Yeah, I know, he's sweet, but it's just not fun anymore, you know? I don't know if it's me, or his hunger strike, or, I don't know..." Phoebe sighed, playing with the end of Olivia's braid.

"Does anybody want anything else?" Rachel asked, being very irritable because of her own issues with her father. Olivia looked up from her napkin that she was making a random origami out of, and she noticed Rachel's tension.

"Oh, yeah, last week you had a wonderful, nutty, chocolatey kind of a cakey pie thing-" Ross started to say until he had enough decorum to stop because of catching Rachel's dirty look directed to him. "Nothing, just-just, I'm fine..." He trailed off, his gaze flicking from Rachel to Olivia, who was watching the exchange with wide eyes.

"What's the matter? Why so scrunchy?" Phoebe asked Rachel, noticing her tension. Rachel took a deep breath before responding, trying to keep her voice light as she sat down on the armrest of the couch.

"It's my father. He wants to give me a Mercedes convertible." She sighed heavily as if that's the worst thing in the world.

"That guy, he burns me up." Ross murmured sarcastically.

Olivia's eyes grew even wider at the mention of a Mercedes convertible, her mind racing with the excitement of such a luxurious gift.

"Wow, a Mercedes, really? When I get older, I've always wanted a red Mustang convertible. It's so cool, right?" Olivia exclaimed, looking up at Rachel with excitement. Rachel couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm, her own troubles momentarily forgotten.
