In a long-forgotten time when too much energy traveled to one place, three beings were born. They had the ability to manipulate said energy to create whole worlds with life among them and other creatures that were similar to them and yet different. These creatures thought of the three as gods and treated them as such. The three beings made sure to keep order upon their creations. In trying to hold this, they split the balance into three components.
1. Life and death
2. This side and the beyond
3. Good and bad
Each one looked after one part of the balance, which was hard to do. So they created their most powerful creatures yet, the phoenixes. They helped to maintain the order and balance of everything.
It was a peaceful time at that moment. But this peace was broken by the hunger for power which corrupted their creations and let them turn against them. From this hunger, this hatred, a fourth god was born. A god that portrayed all of those things, a god that broke the balance of the worlds. And a war broke out, one that took thousands of years. At the end, the three gods were able to seal the fourth one away and bring back the balance of things. But this victory took a very high price, the lives of the three gods. And yet before the last one fell, they spoke a spell that put a piece of the energy in the form of three souls into the future. Whom will appear when the seal of the god of corruption breaks.
