Too much energy

Niall's POV
Today we've got interviews all day but no concert, I really need to burn off my energy else I'm up until 1am running around the house like I'm having a sugar rush or something and I wake up exhausted.
"Right lads let's head to the car" Liam announces and we head to the car, I make sure I get my bag and put my medicine in there since I have 3 doses every day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening, it keeps me a bit calmer during the day but on the night I have a smaller dose so that I can burn off my energy in the night so I'm tired after the concert, what else do I need oh yeah my headphones, my phone, my fidget ring and cube and I think that's it.
*In the car*
"Ni did you sleep okay you seem quiet?" Harry questions and I shake my head no
"i slept horribly last night I could barely sleep only got a few hours" I mumbled and Harry put my head on his lap
"Go to sleep, I'll wake you when we get there" and soon I drift off to sleep.

Liam's POV
Niall fell asleep on Harry's lap and it is the cutest thing ever
"Said he didn't sleep well the poor kid" he says and I sigh, remembering the time when we first got together and he was awake until 4:30 AM and ended up in Louis' bed then we cancelled all our stuff so he could sleep

*Flashback*
"Im going to bed night lads!" We were doing a Harry Potter movie marathon. He went to bed at 10:30PM so he would fall asleep a bit better and we said night to him, I went to bed at 11:24PM, ditching the boys Harry Potter marathon and checked on Niall and he was still awake, I said night to him again giving him a hug and then the boys went to bed at 1:46AM after finishing the 4th movie and we didn't know that Niall was still awake until Louis got a twitter notification at 3:57am and it was Niall
@defonotniall ADHD you suck, been trying to sleep since 10:30 give me a break
And Louis had to go into him and took him to his bed and helped him settle down by playing with his hair which is his weakness,this was before we were even dating and when we woke up Louis told us what happened and we cancelled everything that day
*End of flashback*
"Niall c'mon mate we're here" and he eventually woke up and we walked into the studio and got introduced to the interviewer and soon it got started
"Amy over to you"
"Right directioners,It's the moment you've all been waiting for, it's the sensational worldwide pop group boyband One Direction! How are you guys feeling" And the fans start squealing and cheering
"We're doing well Umm we've been doing our tour and that's going really well, we've got a new album coming soon so that's exciting"I say
"Okay let's get started with the questions right who's single?" And Niall and Harry raise their hands
"There you have it girls Harry and Niall are single and ready to mingle"
"Right Zayn who is it?"
"My girlfriend Perrie Edwards from Little Mix" and the crowd 'aww' "love you babe" and he blows a kiss
"Liam, okay before you say anything there have been some rumours saying you and Mr Tomlinson over here are together are they true?" And the fans start chanting
"LILO LILO LILO LILO"
"I'm super surprised that they didn't tell you" I say a bit confused
"Just kidding I knew you were and you two are adorable together" and me and Louis hold hands and Awes can be heard from the fans
"Right Niall this is a question for you, if you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?" And his body language starts to change.
"You don't have to answer that Niall it's okay" I say putting a hand on his shoulder
"No no it's okay Li, it is an interesting question I've never heard that before Umm I feel like my ADHD because it's actually quite hard to live with it, I'm always getting told off for my energetic episodes and I can have restless nights sometimes which can be annoying sometimes" and the interviewer sighs annoyed at Niall
"Do you think Niall would be better off without you guys because of his adhd or something" she asks
"Okay that's a bit too far, no of course not he's the funniest, most kindest person we've ever met no one will ever ever replace Niall" Louis says defending Niall and after a while Niall starts to get a bit restless on his chair and soon falls off and the interviewer laughs
"I can't believe you guys even like him"
"Leave him alone!" Harry Hisses and helps Niall up
"You alright Nialler took quite a fall aye" Louis says and Niall nods and doesn't speak for the rest of the interview
"Okay that's all we've got here for now next up Taylor Swift and Harry Styles!" And everyone starts screaming
"Oh yeah I totally forgot about that one, only told me yesterday I'll see you in a bit lads" and we all say our goodbyes and head backstage while we wait for Harry.

Zayn's POV
"That interviewer was a bit rude" Louis says while cuddling Liam, them two are so cute together and Niall stays silent blankly staring at the wall
"Ni?" I say concerned for the poor lad
"Hm" and he comes back into reality
"You okay I know that interviewer was horrible"
"W..Why me..all of p..people" and his lip quivers, I bring him into a hug
"I don't know mate I really don't know, but hey we've only got a few more and then we can chill out for the rest of the day and try and burn out some of your energy" and Louis' phone pings and he smiles
"Well you'll be able to alright, we've got rehearsals for next Tuesdays concert" we all love and hate doing rehearsals, it can hilarious sometimes some of the stuff we do, one time we stood in silence for a long time until Niall farted and burst out laughing and we all joined in.Niall just runs around the place until it's time to pay attention and get on with it until we get to leave, but sometimes it can be exhausting,doing new dances,sometimes we do vocal stuff with all the lights on the stage.
"I'm back boys, it was so brutal all the fans kept screaming and chanting Haylor and it got so annoying especially when we were trying to answer questions I'm surprised you didn't hear them" he says and drops onto the sofa
"Well this room is soundproof" Louis says and then Paul comes in to tell us it's time to go to the last interview, hopefully it goes okay...
DUN DUN DUN!
Sorry I just had to leave it on a cliffhanger, but let's just say someone may end up in the hospital
