The day had begun with a gentle ease, a rare moment of leisure for Jaemin and Jisung. The city's grand museum, with its sweeping arches and vast exhibits of history and art, offered a peaceful retreat from their often chaotic lives. They wandered through the corridors, admiring ancient artifacts and discussing the stories behind various masterpieces, completely absorbed in their shared world.

As they paused before a stunning display of Renaissance paintings, the building trembled ominously. At first, Jaemin thought it might be a passing truck causing the vibration, but the shaking intensified, the ground beneath their feet quivering with growing violence. Alarmed, he exchanged a quick glance with Jisung, his instincts on high alert.

"That wasn't normal," Jisung said, his voice tense.

Before Jaemin could respond, a thunderous explosion rocked the museum. The shockwave threw them off their feet, and screams filled the air as visitors scrambled in panic. Smoke and dust billowed through the halls, obscuring vision and making it hard to breathe.

Jaemin recovered quickly, pulling Jisung up. "We need to get out, now!" he shouted over the chaos. He grabbed Jisung's hand, leading him toward what he remembered was an emergency exit.

As they made their way through the disoriented crowd, Jaemin's trained eyes scanned for the safest route, avoiding falling debris and weakened structures. They helped a few of the elderly visitors along the way, guiding them towards the exit.

Just as they reached the doorway to safety, a woman's desperate cries for help echoed behind them. Jaemin turned to see a small group trapped under a fallen beam, their escape blocked.

"I have to help them," Jaemin said, looking back at Jisung with a resolute expression.

Jisung nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. "I'll wait outside, hurry!"

Jaemin kissed Jisung quickly, a promise sealed between them, before rushing back into the smoke-filled museum. He moved swiftly, coordinating with a few other able-bodied volunteers to lift the beam and free the trapped visitors. As they escorted the last of the group towards the exit, another violent shudder coursed through the building, warning of its imminent collapse.

"Go, go, go!" Jaemin urged, pushing the last few people ahead of him as he glanced back to make sure no one was left behind.

As he neared the exit, a final, devastating explosion sent a cascade of debris blocking the pathway, cutting him off from the exit. Jaemin was thrown to the ground, his vision blurring as the sounds of the collapsing museum filled his ears.

Outside, Jisung waited anxiously, his heart pounding in fear for Jaemin and the others still inside. The ground trembled under another wave of destruction, and with a deafening roar, the building began to collapse completely.

Jisung's face drained of color as he watched the structure crumble, a cloud of dust and debris rising into the sky. "Jaemin!" he screamed, his voice lost in the chaos.
