" Best" Jabari said as he tried to catch up to me in the hall.
I just ignored him , after the party he never reached out to me at all. I texted and called him and never got a response.
One thing I never played about was my safety and my respect and I felt like he was disrespecting me and putting my safety in jeopardy.
Because first off you left me by myself and when I texted to ask if you were okay you never responded.
Then before the party got shot up I was looking for you. Second off after I got trampled over and took out the party I still went to sleep and woke up with you on my mind.
My heart was sinking when he wasn't replying to me but he doesn't understand and he doesn't have to.
I am so cool on this friendship right now.
" Lai please talk to me " he said as he stood by me.
" I need some space Jabari we're gonna pause this friendship I'm over it" I said as I shut my locker and walked off.
Being dramatic ? Maybe but if you were in my shoes you would feel the same way.
Walking to my economics class I put my headphones on and sat in the back.
I was literally over school , it was fun in the beginning but now I'm so ready to graduate.
I have 26 credits so I could really graduate in December. I think I'm going to because a lot of pressure would be taken off my shoulders.
Taking a pencil out my purse I read the board and started working on the assignment.
Most of the time our economics teacher be in meetings so he leaves whatever we need to do on the board.
These kids so childish though they play around the whole class and never get their work finished , couldn't be me my mama's don't play that shit.

" Mi'Laia right" some girl asked as she walked towards me.
" That's my name why" I asked as I put my phone in my purse.
