Perched on a rooftop, the Demonic Neutralizer was on the hunt for the elusive Crime Lord, the shadowy figure who seemed to control the city's underworld. a message from James buzzed on the Demonic Neutralizer's phone, revealing the location of the Crime Lord's hideout. "Too late," he said, his voice tinged with satisfaction. "I already have what I need."
With a swift motion, he tossed the thug back onto the rooftop, rendering him unconscious with a single, precise blow. As the Demonic Neutralizer prepared to leave, he called James, ready to move on to the next phase of his mission.
The Demonic Neutralizer hovered above the city, his eyes scanning the skyline as he tried to make sense of the scrambled signal on his device. "It says you sent it to me, but I can't see it," he muttered into his earpiece.
James's voice crackled back, slightly distorted. "Yeah, there's something in the area jamming our signal, but it's not very strong."
"Okay. I'll deal with this Crime Lord," the Demonic Neutralizer replied, determination in his voice. "By the way, how did you find the location?"
James chuckled. "While you were out, I was doing my own investigation."
With that, the Demonic Neutralizer flew towards the source of the interference. He quickly located the jamming device and smashed it with a swift kick. As the device shattered, a folded letter fluttered to the ground. He picked it up and unfolded it, revealing a chilling message: "Hello officers, I see you found my jammer. That's good.
You solved the first piece." At the bottom of the letter was a grotesque addition—a piece of human flesh cut into the shape of a puzzle piece.
"What the hell?" he thought, a shiver running down his spine. "I'll deal with the Crime Lord, then handle this next."
With renewed focus, he flew towards the hideout, slipping past the guards with ease. As he moved silently through the shadows, he overheard thugs talking about an upcoming meeting with their boss. He soon found the Crime Lord's office, but a large thug stood guard at the door.
"Whoa! The rumors are true!" the thug exclaimed, laughter rumbling from his chest. "But you're just some teen, and a pale, scrawny one at that."
"Out of my way," the Demonic Neutralizer demanded, his voice low and threatening.
"HAHA!! Or what, boy?" the thug taunted.
With a single, powerful kick, the Demonic Neutralizer knocked the thug unconscious. He then turned invisible, waiting for the right moment to slip into the room as another thug entered.
Inside, the Crime Lord was torturing a man, a cruel smile on his face. "Hahaha! Now you best listen, 'cause this is the last time I'll ask. What are you going to get for me?" He brandished a taser menacingly.
"I'll get the money! And the weapons!" the terrified man stammered.
As the Crime Lord pressed the taser to the man's skin, the Demonic Neutralizer revealed himself, swiftly taking out the thug who tried to protect the boss.
"Wait! Wait! Now hold on one minute!" the Crime Lord shouted, panic creeping into his voice.
Ignoring the plea, the Demonic Neutralizer picked him up and hurled him against the wall with a force that left the Crime Lord dazed.
"I saw your act! I ain't done nothing you'd not done!" the Crime Lord protested as he struggled to his feet.
The Demonic Neutralizer slammed him to the ground, pinning him with a firm grip. "No more selling weapons in my city! Your weapon-dealing days are over," he declared, his voice filled with righteous fury.
