Arnav and Rishab met Dr Trivedi to know about Maan condition, "Dr, Mera bhai kaisa hai abh? When can I take him home?"

Dr Trivedi looked at him "Sir, aap jante hai Dr Armaan had major surgery unke recovery mei bahut time lagega. Unke test reports aye hai, according to those the new liver is functioning properly lekin hum koi risks nahi le sakte. Here after jab tak hum sure nahi hote his body fully accepted the new organ unke regular check-ups or tests honge. He needs to be very careful for life long"

"Life long?" Arnav got worried. Dr Trivedi gave a nod, "Ji, kyunki hum unke liver transplant kia he will be under anti rejection medication taki unke immunity new organ pe attack na kare. These are immuno- suppressant drugs jiske wajah se unke immunity weak rahega aur woh jaldi bemaar padne ki chances bhi hai. Isliye Hume dyaan rakhna hoga ki he his monitored on regular basis."

Arnav gave a nod, "I will be careful with him Dr, Maan ka ache se khayal rakha jayega aage se."

Rishab then enquired about the treatment, "Dr Trivedi what will be course of treatment. I know transplant surgery ke baad patient ko bahut sare medicines lena hoga aur fully bed rest kuch hafte keliye."

"You are right Dr Rishab! I have already prepared his treatment regimen. Here it is!" Dr Trivedi forwarded the file.

While Rishab looked into the plan, The Dr continued, "Dr Armaan will be on total rest from atleast 2-3 weeks. Depending on progress he can start working. Kyunki liver transplant hua unhe jyada oral medications nahi de sakte so they will through parental route. He will be on IV as of now aur koi bhi medicine IV ke through hoga. He should have very light food for few days which is easily digestible and doesn't keep much work to the liver."

"We will keep that in mind Dr, aap uske liye ek diet plan bhi ready kar dijiye." Arnav stated not to take any chance in recovery of Maan.

Dr Trivedi gave a nod, "Haa, ek aur baat aap sab ko strong rehna hai. Unko aap sab ke support or pyaar ke jarurat hoga kyunki treatment painful hoga. But I'm sure Dr Armaan will face this and come back strong. Bas unhe aap sab ke saath chahiye!"

Rishab squeezed Arnav's hand gave a nod, "Don't worry Dr Trivedi, Maan will be my responsibility here after. Me and Dr Sanjana will look after his recovery process."

"I expect no less Dr Rishab! It would be good if you take care of him. Kal kuch tests karte hai uske baad aap unhe ghar le ja sakte hai." He said.

Arnav got up thanking him came out of the room walking silently while Rishab followed looking at him in concern.

Once they were inside his cabin, Arnav sat on couch holding head, "Yeh sab kya horaha mere saath? Pehle Arjun ko leke mei kya kam pareshan hu ki ab Maan ki tabiyat bhi thik nahi. Maan ke iss condition mujhse dekha nahi jaa raha!" He shook head dejectedly.

Rishab sat beside wrapping arms around, "Arnav aise haar nahi mante. Dekhna Maan bahut jald thik hojayega. Hum bas uska ache se dyaan rakhna hai."

Arnav gave a nod determined to take good care of Maan. While they were thinking about things to do, A nurse knocked on the door, came inside "Sir, Patient ke reports aye hai!"

Rishab took the file, "Arjun ko hosh aya?" He enquired her.

"Nahi sir!" She replied as Arjun hadn't gain conscious.
