calum

"mom, dad, i'm gay."

calum shook his head, shutting out his reflection.

"mom, dad, i need to talk to you about something. i'm... i like... i like dick and i want it up the ass." he groaned and slammed a fist down on the counter. "this is fucking impossible." staring at his shirtless reflection in the mirror, deciding to practice what he would say to luke, his best friend.

"hey, luke, remember that one time that i said i'd bang daniel radcliffe like a screen door in a hurricane? and then we just brushed it off as a joke? yeah, i wasn't joking."

calum moaned. "this is harder than i thought."

"calum, are you wanking?" luke's voice came from the other side of the bathroom door.

calum jolted, slipping on the slightly wet floor, due to his recent shower. he fell against the counter and slammed his hand against the sink.
"jesus christ, luke," calum moaned, standing up, shaking his hand out, hoping to get rid of the pain. "no, i'm not jacking off."

"then what was with all the groaning and sighing?"
"leave me alone! i was having a shower."

"you make sexual noises while you're in the shower?"
"i hate you." calum tied the towel more securely about his waist, and opened the door quickly, hoping to catch luke unawares.

luke was too quick and backed out of the way. "ha," he stuck out his tongue. "you can't hit me."

calum punched him in the chest, then zipped down the hallway to his bedroom, smirking at luke before closing the door.

would it ruin our friendship if i told him i was gay? calum thought, pulling on a pair of skinny jeans over his boxers and an all time low t shirt over his head. would we still be able to laugh and talk like that? would he judge me?

he's your best friend, cal, of course he wouldn't judge you.

calum sighed. "whatever," he muttered. "i'll tell him some other time."
