Welcome to my first (serious) Harry Potter fanfiction! I am writing this part as my last final touch before publishing, to share some info with you guys before letting you dive in.

I LOVE HARRY POTTER BOOKS. There, I said it. Ever since I received the first two books for my seventh birthday a decade ago I have been absolutely hooked and I feel such a strong connection to the HP series, so really this novel has been a long time coming lmao
There are couple notes I'd like to address, let it be my official Author's note so please read this part!
1. I am not a native speaker.
My native language is not English, but Polish so I can only hope my vocabulary and writing skills will suffice. My obsessive control freak self reread all the chapters at least 5 times before publishing them looking for any signs of grammar or spelling mistakes, but even so if you see anything, please feel free to let me know in the comments and I will gladly fix the error <3
2. Gryffindor raahhhh
In this book you will be a Gryffindor! A nod to my fellow Gryffindors, a Gryffindor myself it felt most natural for me to make the main character of my first ever HP novel wear red and gold all year (just kidding), also I love Hermione to death and you probably know the "do I want to be her or be with her" slogan - in this book since the main character can't be Hermione, I decided to make them best friends! truly a dream

Bloodstatus: Half blood
Age: 16/17 (I know they are in their fourth year but let's magically make them of age more mature than 14, again for the sake of romance and some heat)
Characteristics: charismatic, kind hearted, witty, strong willed, soft but fierce, a little stubborn and short tempered, a bit chaotic (thought daughter), a little miss centre of attention but she is the main character for a reason
Appearance: based on Luisana Lopilato in Rebelde Way, BUT feel free to use your imagination, if you have let's say dark curls and green eyes just imagine that and I promise it won't be hard for you to stick to that throughout the story, for my own sake I just had to base her in my head on something and what I've had in mind is dark blonde hair and blue eyes.
4. Slow burnnn
I will choose slow burn over fast pace anytime as slow burn allows for the relationship development to be as authentic as possible, and also slow burn to me is just the obvious feature of a well written book, in case of the Enemies To Lovers trope this novel presents a slow burn is simply required for the relationship to fully blossom so stick with me - I promise the anticipation and build up will pay off <3
