"stop running from me."YOU WALKED the streets of new york with blood on your dress and hands. you were whispering to yourself as you made it made it back home , you looked at the upstairs window to see lestat in the one looking down at you.
your dark red eyes narrowed before you walked in , when you walked in lestat was already downstairs. "you're late." he said and you looked at the time to see it was 3am.
"almost daylight." he spoke but you couldn't care , you looked down at your bloody hands and shook your head as tears streamed down your face.
lestat eyes widened , his face fell in confusion. "i killed my brother." you cried and lestat placed his hand on his mouth with his free hand he grabbed and held you in his arms.
"i was hungry , he wouldn't leave! i told him to leave!!" you screamed to him , holding onto to him so tightly. "it's okay mon chéri." he whispered and you started sobbing louder.
"mon chéri , it wasn't your fault." he whispered to you , your bloody tears rolling down your face but you immediately pushed lestat away from you.
lestat looked at you , "you let me leave..." you backed up and he chuckled nervously to himself.
"you wanted to go , who am i to stop you?" he smirked and your body was filling with rage. he let you leave knowing that you couldn't control your hunger and he let you go because he wanted to prove it to you.
he wanted to prove that you were nothing and that you run back with your tail between your legs. your fangs came out as you snarled.
lestat laughed before gripping your face , "what? you're going to hurt your maker? the only person you have left in your horrid life?" he spoke and smirked.
"no?" lestat questioned , forcing you to shake your hand no. you cried a bit more and he rolled his eyes , "human life is nothing but death and misery , the quicker you learn that the more you forget about those mortals of yours." he let go of your face and walked upstairs.
he stopped at the top of the stairs , "come to bed mon chéri." you nodded and walked upstairs but before you could walk to your coffin.
you slapped lestat across his face , "guess you're right , you can't stop me." you smiled and walked away.
later that night , you were wide awake in your coffin as cried to yourself softly. "mon chéri." you heard lestat's voice telepathically and you stopped crying as you let out a sniff.
"don't cry." he spoke softly.
"get out of my mind , fils de pute!" you yelled back at him as you turned in your coffin.
a awkward silence fell over you two , "your thoughts are cruel , you're cold not cruel." lestat said and you shook your head as more tears fell.
"you don't know me lestat , just stop pretending to."
"your brother , jason was your eldest brother and you loved more than life itself."
"stop it."
"your brother felt the same , he called you beautiful everyday and the night you came home a vampire he called you a ugly blood sucking monster is th-"
you busted up your coffin and pulled the top off his lestat's only to find he wasn't there , you turned around to see him smirking at you.
"only if you knew that night i was there , he wasn't thinking the things he was saying." he smiled a bit and then his smile slowly faded , you shook your head and walked up to him.
you pushed him into the wall and the wall broke , "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" you cried but he wasn't in your head , he was in his head and giving you the memories that he witnessed that night.
you couldn't think straight with all the memories going through your head , all of a sudden you could remember your mother and the night she hugged you after she kicked you out.
"im the only person you have now , stop running from me and be with me." lestat grabbed your hand and pulled you into another hug , you didn't hug back.
you felt this rage in your chest and you gripped onto your dress and let your eyes get watery before you let out a loud scream and grabbed lestat.
"cry mon chéri , im here now." he whispered to you , "mon chéri i love you." lestat spoke.
once again , you were in the trap. the madness of lestat.
