Ivory's Origin Story

Welcome to Ninjutsu

Act 1

(The episode starts with Ivory on the bed playing video games on his phone, while Iris is packing everything for her first day at Ninjutsu academy in her room)

Iris: Come on, Ivory. We're gonna be late for the academy.

Ivory: (Scoffs) Can you pack my stuff for me? You're the one that has magic powers, right?

Iris: Ivory, even since Mom died after the accident in the Main Street and I've been taking care of you ever since when you're young. So, come on.

Ivory: Why can't I, sis? I'm lazy. I don't have to do anything.

Iris: You never do anything because you were busy playing video games on your phone while your homework is incomplete. (Holds out Ivory's homework) And it was due on Thursday

Ivory: Well, you're so smart. Why won't you do it for me?

(Iris gets angry and uses her magic to put Ivory's stuff to pack everything for him)

Ivory: Oh, I stand corrected. (Iris gives her brother his backpack) Let's hit the road, sis. (Leaves with his sister)

(The scene shows the Kettle siblings walking the streets)

Iris: [takes a deep breath and sighs] Can you feel the fresh air in the morning, lil brother?

Ivory: Well, all I smell is- (Sniffs then coughs out smoke) The sound of cars polluting the atmosphere.

Iris: I just can't wait to see my friends from my past. (Snaps her fingers as a picture of a younger version of herself and a grey wolf appeared floating in midair) Like my childhood friend, Grey.

Ivory: You mean that Blinded Wolf? I heard someone blinded him with a really big flash and got Satan's red eyes.

Iris: It was just some prank. Anyway, we're a couple of miles away, so we must keep up.

Ivory: Ugh.

(Hours later, Ivory feels a little tired from all that walking)

Ivory: Ugh, Iris, are we there yet? We've been walking for like 30 minutes, I don't think my feet can't handle the pressure of walking every mile to-

Iris: We're here!

(The camera zooms out to reveal the Japanese Palace from the block)

Ivory: Huh, well, that was simple. Might as well, go in. (The two go to Academy)

(In the Palace, a giant panda is seen meditating the room. Just then, a young snow monkey appeared)

Snow Monkey: Master, I heard there's visitors heading in

Master Pandamen: Very good. Bring them in

(As the two weasels enter the academy. Iris gazed at this place in awe)

Iris: I remembered this place for years. It hasn't change a bit.

Ivory: Yeah, Expect this picture here, it has changed a little. (the scene shows the picture of the whole class with the banner saying "To all the students in 2004") Man, so many students. (sees a snow monkey with braces in the picture and snickers) Expect this one in the middle top.

?????: (Offscreen) That would be me.

(Ivory exclaims to find a snow monkey standing next to him)

Snow monkey: Yes, I was that geek in 2004. Still got puberty and all that, but I got my braces out and I feel like a new man

Ivory: So, you're that geeky kid in 2004?

Snow monkey: Precisely, I am Maurice Marshall. And I was known as Master Pandamen's apprentice and I've been teaching these students for every generation and every other time.
