If you get confused early in the story by all of Super Junior's age, just take the age they are now (you can find their age on Wikipedia) and subtract the age by 3.
For example, Leeteuk is 30 years old in real life. 30 - 3= 27, so therefore, in this fanfic, he is 27.
Another example: Kyuhyun is 25 in real life. 25 - 3= 22, so in this fanfic, he is 22.
