𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

     𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐈𝐑𝐋 groaned and sat up, taking in her slightly blurred surroundings. It seemed as though she was in a doctor's office of some kind.

'how strange..'

     The girl thought as she looked down for a moment, feeling the cold metal against her soft skin.

     "Ah...you're finally awake..!" A females voice rang out from the far end of the room "I was wondering if you'd ever wake up, you seem to have taken a pretty hard blow to the head...I'd assumed you'd tripped but you were out cold." She chuckled as smoke peered from her mouth and into the atmosphere of the room.

     The girl shook her head as she felt a familiar pounding to the head, she hadn't noticed any difference in her hearing or her speech "thank you miss...?" The girl tilted her head as if waiting for the woman to introduce herself.

     "Ah, sorry..my name is Shoko Ieiri! Pleasure to meet you miss" she smiled before putting the half lit cigarette back into her mouth and inhaling the deadly smoke.

     "...pleasure to meet you as well, ma'am.." she smiled back "but, if I may ask, where am I?" She asked with a tilted head, showing her curiosity.

     "You are in Tokyo—Japan at Jujustu High!" The woman beamed, exhaling the smoke through her nostrils as she put the cigarette out.

     The girl's eyes widened.

'J-Japan!?'

     The girl's began to ponder how and why she was out of her country / state and in a new one.

'Jujustu high..sounds familiar too, so does Shoko..'

     The girl thought as many thoughts swirled around her head, making the headache she had just gotten worse.

     "You alright? If you want, you can rest a little longer. The head injuries you received were pretty brutal, not to mention the other minor injuries you got." The brunette smiled as she walked over the (H/C)ette "I'll go get you some pills you can take to ease the pain, alright?"

     "O-ok.." the girl sighed and laid back down on the metal bed, groaning as her head began pounding.

     Shoko walked over to her cabinets and poured a couple of pills into her hand while also filling a small cup of water.

     Once she was done, she walked over to the (H/C)ette and gave the pills to the girl, watching as she quickly took them "I'm gonna take another nap.." she murmured and closed her eyes, already drifting off into a dead slumber.

     After a while, [Y/N] woke up "now, are you feeling better?" The brunette asked with a smile as she held a new cigarette in between her middle and index finger.

     The girl slowly sat up and rubbed her eyes "y-yeah, much better actually..thank you Shoko-san!" She smiled and moved off of the metal bed.

     "Sadly..I should take my leave, I wouldn't want to interfere with your business.." the girl explained, rubbing the back of her neck in slight embarrassment.

     "Ah, but before you leave, I would like to ask for your name!" The woman blurted out, feeling a bit of pity for the girl.

     "Oh yeah! My name is [L/N Y/N]!" She bowed "sorry, I didn't feel well enough to speak that much!" [Y/N] apologized and stood back up to her feet "but, goodbye, Shoko-san!"

     "Goodbye, miss [L/N]!" Shoko waved as she watched the girl leave.

'That was super embarrassing!!'

     She thought as her face flushed a bright pink, feeling heavily embarrassed about the entire situation.

'This whole situation seems both familiar and terrifying!'

     She sighed and walked out of the doors as she began wandering the various hallways and doors, trying to find her way out.

'DAMN IT!! I really should've asked for assistance..'

     she sulked.

     Shoko sighed, exhaling the smoke and looking down at the report she had made of the girl.

'[L/N Y/N]...interesting. She had minor cuts and bruising almost as though she feel from an extraordinary height, like higher than a tree...'

     she pondered as her brown iris's read over the written report.

'Just who are you [L/N]-san, and why did Ijichi find you right next to the building the first years were in...?'
