A super major ant was following the trail of his colony to a bird that had died and half of it was already eaten by vultures. They were protected since this forest was a decent distance away from even the smallest human civilization. The super major helped to break off pieces and sometimes let worn out ants ride on them until they have rested enough to walk in their own. But in the middle of the pink piece of bird, there was a green, glowing, oval shaped rock in there. The ants ignored it but the super major was interested. He had never seen anything like it before. He walked on the rock and felt it for a little bit. He walked off of it thinking it's nothing. The next day, he noticed everything was smaller. He then sized up a nearby stick and his friend and he realized that everything wasn't smaller, they were bigger! The ants had started constructing larger nests to fit them, the queen, and the majors. They saw this as a good thing since now they could walk faster and farther. They could now hunt larger things like fish, rabbits, squirrels, and even mountain goats in larger numbers. But there was also a disadvantage. Since they were larger now, they would die if they took too much fall damage.
